What's everyone's favourite/least favourite pokemon from each gen, and which pokemon do you wish would get an evolution?

Wow, that still alone tells me that the time wasting cinematic for that particular Z-Move is going to be really, really long.

Doesn't Mimikyu learn Play Rough and Swords Dance? And its Fairy/Ghost? Not to mention the cinematics for both Play Rough and Swords Dance are significantly short for such useful moves.

So what in the blazes does Mimikyu need a Z-Move for? And whats the stupid name for the item gonna be? "Mimikyu-um Z?" Or would it be "Mimikyu-ryum Z"? Gamefreak really shot themselves in the foot with the naming convention for their gimmicks. Sheesh.

Oh and one more thing

-There are 4 new Ultra Beasts total, on top of the 3 revealed there is one that evolves from UB Adhesive that is Poison/Dragon when it learns Dragon Pulse(only obtainable on it via move relearner or move tutor). UB Adhesive is also obtainable before the post game, but barely.

I really was wrong here. Guess the 7th Generation really is done for me. Not one - not one fucking new UB has interesting or unique typing. What the hell is wrong with Gamefreak? They took so many liberties with the original Sun and Moon, actually fucking bringing me back into the fad after quitting due to how crap XY looked back then that i wasn't interested in.

The only freaking non-gimmick in Ultra Sun and Moon is that poorly designed Lycanrock, a Pokemon that turned out to be incredibly dissapointing in the first place.

Sorry for my emphasis, but these sequel games are really turning out to be disappointing. Black 2 and White 2 did SO MUCH for me, and considering the incredible-ness of Sun and Moon, I had huge expectations for their sequels. But nope. Enjoy the new sequels guys, I've decided the money isn't worth it. Anything else I want to do in Pokemon - you know, the non-gimmick shit that doesn't even affect the story or gameplay in the least, can be done in my Pokemon Moon.

Christ. You're acting as if your mother was killed by a Z-Move or something. Relax, my dude.

Anyways, I've been playing through Ultra Moon. Just got to the third island and it's been fairly similar to the first games. The Pokedex was expanded, which is nice, there's some Mantine surfing minigame that gives you BP. The Totem mons you get don't have stat boosts the bosses have and are pre-determined (i.e. you don't "turn" a mon of your choice into a Totem-sized Pokemon, you're given a Totem-sized Raticate). The cutscenes feel shorter, which is rather nice, but the game's as railroaded as the first one. There's a few more fashion options, but it's still fairly limited compared to X/Y.

I'll admit I do actually use them, from time to time, but in many cases, a real item works out so much better. Plus, there's just many cases where a regular move makes the Z-Move redundant.

My Snorlax knows Giga Impact but I also give it the Normalium. Which do I chose? Either will Oh-KO my opponent. Its other 3 moves are Crunch, High Horsepower and Heavy Slam. So there's just no need for me to fire up the Z-Power. Especially when Giga Impact's cinematics are a lot quicker.

I wish Mimikyu had an evolution. I love the idea of it evolving through friendship/happiness, its trainer’s love giving it the confidence to be itself and ditch the disguise.
I wish some of the Megas had been regular evolutions, like Mega Mawhile or Mega Audino.
A friendship ev for Mimikyu would be ADORABLE. I hope they'll do that in a sequel! :)

Nothing on the Mega stones?

All of the Mega Stones are at the Battle Tree. Most of them are purchasable at the BP shop, but the four for the Kanto starters are given to you by Red like in the original Sun and Moon

I just need the Vanillish line, and Tapu Fini and the Pokedex is complete. A part of me feels this won't even be worth it because my luck with Shinies have never been the best.

Eventually, I'm sure I'll end up getting it. Unless Gen 8 starts before I manage to.

I was let down by lack of new Alolan forms, yes, but the game still has lots of potential, the new Evil Team looks to be the most threatening in a very long time, and I love Legendary collecting.

I just have my hands so full with my fantasy of becoming a Shiny collector. How come I'm just barely learning about the SOS Chain method. That's how I found that Shiny Lillipup a while back, and I didn't even know it.

So, the moves added to Pokemon movepools has been released.

Delibird gets Counter. I want to make that a thing on Showdown, just get a Delibird, give it a Focus Sash and Counter anything that uses Stone Edge on it.

The games were leaked, non-story related(for the most part) info inside spoilers:

-The Ultra Beasts and Ultra Wormole Legendaries from past gens are not Shiny locked, but the Tapus, Cosmog Line, Necrozma, and Zygarde still are.

Shit, seriously? I can get a shiny Nihilego now?

There's a few more fashion options, but it's still fairly limited compared to X/Y.

Let me guess, a few more options for girls and jack shit for boys? No better hair styles for boys either too?
