Anybody familiar with the pomeg glitch on cart? I need to unfuck the IVs on a latias from RS.

You don't still have the Latias in Ruby or Sapphire, do you? Because the glitch is apparently exclusive to Emerald, Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum.
If it's still on a Gen 3 cartridge, then another (potentially easier / safer) option would be arbitrary code execution. You could use ACE to just overwrite the Latias's bad IVs. I believe that you can also do some ACE in Gen 4, but I think it's easier in Gen 3.
And if you're going to transfer it up to a Gen 7 game or later, then I wouldn't even bother with the glitches. I would just use bottle caps to raise its busted IVs.

If you really want to go through with the Pomeg glitch, I doubt that we would have any better advice than what you would find in guides on YouTube.

Yep. All Expanded Universe stuff, though; no Disney Wars. I had about a decade's worth of expansions planned out, too—introducing new eras, factions, maps, and story missions from across the EU. Even thought of how to make a Republic Commando sequel as a spin-off with shared assets on the same engine, and other stuff like that. It would've been great.
That's the other thing to keep in mind while working on this sort of thing: not letting yourself go crazy because you're increasingly focused on what should've been while still knowing that it will never be real.

My understanding is that it's one of many things fixed in emerald. I know for certain it doesn't affect platinum because I've rerolled IVs with mespirit before.

I believe that you can also do some ACE in Gen 4, but I think it's easier in Gen 3.

You aren't using a new router since the last time that you did it, are you? Older routers work best for connecting to the old hardware. Most newer ones don't even see them.

No, like creating a WEP endpoint for the DS to connect to. The DNS exploit is really easy, me getting the WEP to connect off my PC is another matter

But you were using the blueprint for the Battlefront 3 dev files in the PSP version or just something new all together? I believe they have a demo of 3 around that is kinda playable.

The only two times I was happy with star Wars was playing Battlefront 2 (old) full with mods and reading Star Wars The Knights of Old Republic comic

Just cheat in perfect IV Pokémon if you care about that. IV's don't matter outside the Battle Frontier. And if you're doing the frontier you probably need perfect IVs, especially if you're doing what I did like fire monotype challenge in the frontier.

As someone who finds Gen 2 peak, I say Gen 5 is the peak of the series to this day.

Black 2 and White 2 were pretty damn peak. They got pretty damn ambitious and they put a lot of soul into it despite not liking the original Black and White much. Too bad the series essentially died with X and Y and onward.

I know exactly where Gen 2 falls apart: the moment you defeat the Sudowoodo and open the broader area in the map it becomes too easy.




Thank god there are romhacks that fixes this issue, this printscreen is from Heart and Soul and the balancing in the game continues until the end. The Elite 4 from this game is genuinely challenging to defeat, totally different from the normal games.

Even though B2W2 cucking on the Pokédex is lesser than if they would have committed to Unova not having the previous dexes, Gen 5 still ended up with a “best of both worlds” situation. A perfect remake would be just a single-screen version of those games, same sprite system, with Fairy type and Megas added.

The maddening part is that I don't even need that good of IVs for trickscarf, the mesprit I'm using now has this spread and got me to set 8:
28 HP / 0 Atk / 26 Def / 0 SpA / 8 SpD / 10 Spe

I basically need like, a D- latias and that's it

Was looking into old posts and reading about the memefest that was Phoenix Rising. My sides when it led to whatever the fuck Parabellum is. Some Far-Leftist's wet dream. Sad thing is it looks like a lot of work was put and is still being put into the game besides that but the devs couldn't stop themselves from being terminally political, shoving Reddit humor randomly, and teen angst level of edge.
Glad no one talks about the project and it's pretty much forgotten.
