What's the best theme in a Pokémon game? The theme playing when capturing Giratina in the Distortion World is pretty memorable, or Deoxys' theme.

Oh boy, there is so many good tracks in this franchise. Hell, even the newer games have some good music, and that might be the only positive thing I can say about them.
Best ones will always be these gems
Speaking of Orre Games, I always loved Mt. Battle Theme as well. When I think of the idea of being the best trainer possible and overcoming impossible odds, I think of them since not only does the music perfectly capture that feeling of climbing an endless mountain, with a battle at every step in order to be the very best, but also because that's quite literally what you do in-game as well when you take the challenge, for hours on end.
It's hard to find good tracks that loop for Orre Games, for whatever reasons the good videos keep getting taken down every time I look for them. I know Gamefreak wants to memoryhole these games, but this is just ridiculous.

Honorable mention goes to the anime. I don't care for it, but it has some damn good remixes and original tracks. Case and point, this classic
Just imagine we got something like this in one of the games.

Here is a better version of IKU-Z

Again, it's hard to find some of the more obscure tracks nowdays. Good thing I have the entire OST for all the games saved. Of all things to get memoryholed, I swear.

My favorite is the Battle Tower from Sword and Shield.
But I'm heavily biased, because I like Toby Fox's work. I'm a sucker for a good ZUNpet. It also being a reused/similar theme from a Homestuck shit post is also really funny. Composers reuse musical ideas all the time, so it's not weird that he used a melody, it's just really funny which melody he used.

Sadly there isn't translations for the early films until the last gen 3 film with Manaphy.
We only managed to get the translated scanlations of Mewtwo's Counterattack because Mewtwo fans are absolutely diehard, and SpookyMeggie did it for the 20th anniversary to celebrate the release of the remake. Sadly, nothing about Revelation Lugia or Emperor of the Crystal Tower.

If we're talking legendary themes, Gen 6 and 5 were my favorites. Going to upload these directly since apparently you can't trust youtube to find music tracks for the most popular entertainment franchise in the world

XY box legendaries are my favorite of the bunch, which makes it an even bigger shame that nothing is done with them and their roles in the game are the most pathetic of all legendaries: damsels in distress waiting to be rescued from a lab. Just imagine if the leaked Z storyline with them was ever concluded.

I went back to the leak thread on /vp/, apparently the big N is watching and all new download links are getting quickly DMCA'd. Torrents are still available.
It's funny, now that I think about it, how slow they are to actually shut a bunch of discord trannies hosting links on free websites down. I guess they're not that good at taking things down, unless that something is a superior game that infringes on your "patents" you pulled out of your ass.

I was thinking of Pokémon games they'd bring to the Virtual Console or whatever Nintendo calls their online service's for old games. It's probably going to be the GameCube Pokémon games.

They're releasing a new console soon so maybe they'll want to help sell it be bringing either generation three or the GameCube games? Core Pokémon games are pretty valuable and I think they only released the first two generation games on 3DS because they needed a round of funding and since they knew the 3DS was getting close to it's discontinuation those games wouldn't be buyable again anyway. So maybe they'd rerelease the GameCube games? Most people haven't played them, I haven't.

Nintendo is weirdly wary off doing any kind of re-releases with Gamecube games.
Fire Emblem Path of Radiance is infamously expensive online (regularly goes around for like 300$) and sought after and Nintendo still won't do anything with it.

Now that I think of it, didn't a fraction of the links also contained receipts of things some people at GF bought on behalf on the company. Important things like music production software licenses (that are probably well beyond redeemed and/or expired), dev tools and the most important thing above all of them... Gunpla.

Someone did mentioned this being part of the leaks in a music findings discord server I joined during the initial stages of it but one of the mods shut it down because "it wasn't relevant to the topic of the server". Although I've been skimming through the torrent archive of the leak from a few pages back, I've haven't got any luck so far. Has anyone here who has also browse through it so far has passes across it or at least partially?

It's crazy that his folktale didn't get anywhere near as much traction as Typhlosion one, when it is arguably even worse. Goes to show that the mainstream cattle didn't actually read these stories, just saw them trending. Same reason why they actually believed the redditor who "deboonked" the original translation without actually deboonking anything like these trannies over at TCRF
BTW, they still haven't gotten thru all of the 2020 leaks, since they're too busy updating literally who shovelware game articles in-between their dilation and discord sperging sessions.
People were disgusted and appalled at Slaking, but they weren't surprised.

I think that before Incineroar and Raikou, Electabuzz was the original tiger pocketmon.

(If there's Calvin and Hobbes comics in the pocketmon world, Hobbes could've been one.)

Slakoths are ugly and worthless.
Imgn this happened to baby mudkipchad.
It's over for slothcels.

The whole line is so weird. It looks like a sloth interbred with an ape.

Slakoth: Lazy and sleeps all day

Vigoroth: Literally can't stop moving because of extreme levels of stress.

Slaking: Fat lazy fuck.

Maybe it's supposed to represent life stages. A sleepy baby, a hyperactive teen that likes to break stuff and finally, a fat and lazy adult. It can tell all the young slakoths about its glory days as a quarterback as it stuffs its face with food.

Kind of like how Sobble can be seen as a crybaby, Drizile an edgy teen with an emo haircut and Inteleon is a know it all college graduate. I can see it going "Well ackshully..." at everything if it could talk like a human. I know it's supposed to be some steath assassin 007 type. But it looks so smug. Everyone would avoid Inteleon at parties because Inteleon never shuts up and has to one up everyone's knowledge on everything.
