Leaker went silent for even longer right before dropping his latest batch. I think he's just taking more time to put stuff out because Switch source builds are bigger and he's probably sifting through the newer stuff trying to make sure no more upcoming events get out. Anaheim 2025 and the 2026 World Championship plans getting out were clearly a mistake, he's probably looking to make sure it doesn't happen again.Terraleak might be over. The leaker has been quiet for a few days and the /vp/ thread is just the Cynthia Vore schizo spamming it over and over with no new content. It was fun while it lasted.
That was in the 2020 leaks, pimp. Use TCRF, it should be there.Anyone know where to find the red and green leaks that had a different Wartortle line?
Holy shit dude, you should start taking shots at this point. I'm so sorry about your luck.View attachment 6590619
1st was the 4771th encounter, 2nd was at 7431st. Then this third one only 137 encounters later on my 7568th encounter.

Doesn't this only apply to Emerald due to the broken RNG?Just so you know, how often you get shinies in gen 3 is determined by your seed when you start the game. That seed is kept for your entire playthru, however if your battery is dead that's apparently supposed to increase the amount of shinies you get, or at least gives you a better chance of obtaining a favorable seed. If you're having luck with shinies, then you got a blessed playthru. I can tell you right now that my old, old Emerald cart whose batteries have been dead for decades gets shinies up the ass where as my ROMhack on my GBA flashcart has gotten me none so far. Speaking of which, I do have to finish it one of these days, I only have a few legendaries to catch.
It's been quite a while since I looked into this. It might be possible, but I can tell you right now that I also got quite a few shinies in my FireRed cart, whose battery is also very dead. In contrast, I can't remember last time I got a shiny in later gens, and I never ever got a wild shiny in Gen 2.Doesn't this only apply to Emerald due to the broken RNG?
You know, i always hated how it took until a legendary in Gen5 to get a pure flying type pokemon.
Man, it's kind of interesting hearing about other peoples' shiny luck like this lol. You've never gotten a wild shiny in gen 2, while I have an ongoing recurring joke amongst me and the two other friends who care about this franchise that it is no longer physically possible for me to have a single Johto playthrough (Gen 2 or remakes) without a random shiny. Meanwhile your gen 3 luck across the board is pretty good, whereas mine is completely concentrated in Hoenn save for an odd shiny Tauros that I got on a long-deleted emulator save. It's been quite a while since I looked into this. Apparently one of the beta gen 3 mon was actually going to be a pure flying type, it either got cut or turned into Altaria lineYou know, i always hated how it took until a legendary in Gen5 to get a pure flying type pokemon.
I never understood why all the birds are part normal. Their fighting resistance is completely useless because of it. I can't see how they would be broken if they were all pure flying considering two of their weaknesses are really common attack types (ice and rock)
It gets better, for some reason I have enormous luck getting shiny Tentacool/Tentacruel specifically, so I have at least one in every generation starting with Gen 3. I have no idea why this one specifically, but I have no shinies for Zubat or Geodude line, another very common Pokemon that has statistically high chances of being a shiny due to how many of them there are.Meanwhile your gen 3 luck across the board is pretty good, whereas mine is completely concentrated in Hoenn save for an odd shiny Tauros that I got on a long-deleted emulator save.
Hahaha holy shit, that's great. What a good shiny to get so much of at least.I have enormous luck getting shiny Tentacool/Tentacruel specifically, so I have at least one in every generation starting with Gen 3
Same here. I basically never get commons as shinies, anyways, and the only exceptions have been very recent (a shiny Furret in Crystal, a Raticate in Heart Gold, the aforementioned Poochyena and Magikarp in Emerald and Sapphire. Depending on how common you consider Ekans, I guess that counts too?). Zubat and Geodude have hilariously been total mysteries to me, despite wanting a shiny Golem for quite some time now, and it's a bit strange hearing about how almost everyone else's first shinies were some super common mon.have no shinies for Zubat or Geodude line, another very common Pokemon that has statistically high chances of being a shiny due to how many of them there are.
Hey, wait, is the 100% Zygarde we got the Y version then? There's explicit mention of "a humanoid design with anti-aircraft, gun-like capabilities"... which fits pretty well with how Zygarde uses Thousand Arrows. If you look at the move animation (I can't for the life of me find a picture of a 100% using Thousand Arrows so I've had to crappily splice two images together) it lines up pretty decently with 100%'s weird extra arm things.
Three values are used to determine if a Pokémon is shiny:I know shiny generation generally has something to do with Personal Trainer ID, so maybe there's some special person out there who's just hit the jackpot on that front every single time? Would be interesting to meet him.
Whenever a computer needs a random number it'll use a RNG. RNGs work by taking the seed, performing some arbuatiary but consistent operations on it (a simple example would be something like multiplying the seed by 15, minus 389, mod it 43), which then creates a new seed that replaces the previous. The computer will use that new seed to do whatever it needed to appear random. Then when it needs a new random value it'll give that seed back to the RNG to create another new seed.Just so you know, how often you get shinies in gen 3 is determined by your seed when you start the game. I believe all games including and after generation 3 have the same algorithm I mentioned above. The egg only gets it's trainerID once it hatches. So that Abra couldn't have been shiny for your friend since they would have had a different trainerID (although they could've had an ID similar enough to yours).I have luck for crazy shinies. After some shenanigans in ORAS and Pokemon bank, I had to delete my save, so I decided to SR for a shiny mudkip.
Got it within an hour.
Later that day, full-odds shiny abra in the cave you meet Steven. I had a single great ball, and that's all I needed.
Years later, I was breeding my ORAS mons for a challenge for a friend, and I used my shiny alakazam. He didn't get the egg from that bunch, so I hatched it... He could've had a shiny Abra.
You can probably disable RTC support on your flashcart no? Should have the same effectIt's been quite a while since I looked into this.
