First of all, and this is cool enough as it is, did you know ekans is snake spelled backwards?

Gardevoir are in the humanoid egg-group. But Ghetsis is his adoptive father like Anthea and Concordia are his sisters due to also being adopted by Ghetsis. The youngest we see N is when he's being raised by his first foster father, a male Darmanitan, alongside a Zorua and Woobat. All of which appear in his party in BW and the same pokemon are catchable in the wild in BW2.
I'm not saying it's impossible, but Ghetsis being N's father is a bit more convoluted as it requires him to abandon N as a baby and for N's Gardevoir mother to disappear, then never be mentioned. While Ghetsis does have green hair he also never uses a Gardevoir in any of his teams, not even in the manga. Ghetsis also seems to hate or not think anything of pokemon at all, additionally he only ever uses male pokemon and his ace Hydregon knows frustration at max power showing there's a great deal of animosity between the two of them.
At the end of the day it's just a theory and N is probably just an abandoned child.

A little bit more info on this, Shuguru Nakatsui is a writer, planner and designer at Gamefreak ever since Pokémon Emerald. He was in charge of writing the folklore mythos of Diamond and Pearl, alongside writing Pokéstar Studios (B2W2 theatrical ministory), dex entries for mega evolutions, and some of the dex entries of (U)S & (U)M. He has a reputation of writing things like this, as some of his mega dex entries includes mutilation and strange amount of "pleasure" in helping trainers despite all odds. Yes, there was apparently some sort of fusion system at some point, where if you traded a Graveler for a Machoke and vice versa, you would get a different Pokemon than you would normally get. That would also explain all these Pokemon with three heads.
There is a shitton of scrapped material for Gen 1, even more so now that we know pretty much everything about the development process thanks to the Gigaleaks. At the end of the day, best they could do was recycle the concepts for a trade evo system.

Mew's gender in the movie was never stated, either. Doesn't matter, the Mew line is just naturally and genetically THICC.

One of the design documents confirms that Wally was originally in a Sanitarium, altho all my leak stuff is unorganized so I won't be looking for it. I probably linked it already, you would have to search a few pages back.
Obviously, this was changed to him just being a meek little awkward shut-in when the final game came out. He was originally going to have interactions with the player as well to show appreciation for helping him catch Ralts that would translate into the gameplay(kind of how there is several points you can meet the Battle Frontier guy in Emerald and there is a reward if you meet him enough times) but all of that was cut into mandatory story content as well.

No, it still takes children to the forest in FireRed /LeafGreen and has a Dex entry about that. MJ was found innocent based on both cases' evidence.

The genderless thing was more a game mechanic "necessity" breeding block implemented retardedly. One of the main arcs of the anime centered around a baby legendary and it's parents. Quite a few of the legendaries in fact aren't special at all and instead members of a species. The Ditto Mew thing is possible. Mewtwo can't bread because he's the only one of his race... unless it's with another pokemon.. I mean If mew works like Ditto then it's possible he can with anything. Maybe even human.

You know, I stopped playing when my old notebook died and i just lost the mood to play most games, but knowing that the Gen 1 pander is because people didnt liked BW stopping you from using older gen pokemon until the post game makes me sad.

Also, considering they done the countries japan likes the most (US, UK, France) and seemly Gen 10 will be Greece, wonder if Gen 11 will be Brazil
