Almost betting it. We haven’t heard anything about any new big frachise games in development and Zelda always takes yeairs after it’s announced. I think thry are giving Pokemon an extra year to cook so Switch 2 has something, can sell 30 million consoles in a few days whilst also making sure the game runs well enough not to get people mad and blow back in the console.
It could be possible the focus won’t be Dex completion. They might focus on something else. They might see Pokemon Legends being back in time focused around a legendary Pokemon and beyound that the what and the how of the game could be different.
Slap on a Mega or new bullshit, and let the fans call it Super Perfect Zygarde.
Yeah. I just feel that, at least based on the anime, it seems kind of fitting if we have that to fight against almost a combination mon of the two legendaries.
Working my way up to the Elite Four and beating them, then Gary was more engaging, fun and rewarding than any of the "more, bigger, shinier" junk that Pokemon games have now as their "final bosses".
Sure. But you got to work with what you got. There’s got to be something on the level of the Volo fight at least and well XY doesn’t have a mon on the level of Giratina.
Whatever they do, I'd like it to be a bit more grounded. Tired of everything being life or death save the world. Maybe they should flesh out all the old archetypes (lad/lass, pokemaniacs, scientist, etc) and make them into character classes.
XY was were they started going mad with customisation.

I feel that Luminose-city would be a waste, since all of Kalos is underdeveloped.
It’s why I’d honestly prefer single player Legends style games over remakes honestly.
As a Unovafag, I can proudly say they aren't ruining my game yet. I'm sure it'll be fine but let the Kalos chuds suffer. Or get thrown a bone. Kalos was a terrible region anyway. Either way, we, the audience win.
I can't wait for Mega Zygarde to just go full Digimon and become Imperialdramon Fighter Mode.

It’s very profittable. It just tskes them twice as long to make it so isn’t really a good launch title unless it’s just held off to market the new console. But at that point everyone’s already known about it for years.
Just don’t make the majority of the game something where you have to pause to check what you are doing every few minutes. No one wants a game of pause screens in an open world type game.
In fairness, that’s OoT for you. And most Zelda. Lore is very repetitive.
That’s because it’s audiance is children. Or adults that don’t pay attention to the story. The audiance has never cared about story. The only time they do is a decade later long after they’ve clearly grown out of it and are looking for excuses as to why they’ve started to notice Pokemon is a game for babies while not destroying their nostalgia.
Same reason I think Gen 4 and Gen 5 were or are always goung to be hard to remake. People have nostalgia googled them so hard that giving them exactly what they asked for us not enough.

I largely believe Pokemon LA and the DP Remakes were a contest to see what audiences really wanted. Clearly LA won that fight.
