Fingers crossed that the first Dark-type gym will appear in Sun and Moon. I mean, they have to do it at this point, right? I'm also hoping for another Fairy-type gym or an Elite Four member who specializes in Fairies.
 
I'm personally looking forward to Vikavolt. That thing looks so badass.

On the subject of Go, I'm just wondering what it'll be like in my area. I'm just hoping it isn't barren.
 
This game has me wandering around like a fucking autist. What's the bet on how long before pokemon go gets someone hit by a car, assuming it hasn't happened already?

I don't know if this will override the Comatose ability Komala has, though, but I'm glad for the new unique dual-typing and it's ability would make competitive battles pretty interesting.

I have waited years for a Poison/Fire type. Years.

You have no idea how devastated I was when the speculation that Litleo would turn out to be a Fire/Poison manticore-esque Pokemon turned out to be false.

But this motherfucker looks like a villain from a Don Bluth movie and I'm officially more excited for these games than I ever was for GO.

I know it's great. Poison types are severely underrated. Seviper is the best fucking snake. I'm hoping for more unique types with Poison, like Poison/Fairy or Poison/Ice

I'm still waiting for my Grass/Fire type (:_(

But I am glad they seem to be making some more unique typings so far (Electric/Fairy, Normal/Dragon, Bug/Fairy, etc.) and hope they continue with making Poke'mon with dual-typings we haven't had before. I don't mind having Poke'mon with the same dual-types as long as we aren't overflowing with them.

It's probably going to be the plot-point of an episode whenever they throw Ash into the Alola region.

The amount of creepy PokeDex entries is truly impressive, as is the creativity that goes into them. Whenever people say that Pokemon is just for kids I want them to read entries like this:

As a note, Dedenne (or however the fuck it's spelled) was Electric/Fairy
 
I was finally able to log into GO again this morning. I know what I'm doing when I leave work.
