Kinda disappointed that literally every future paradox pokemon is a robot as opposed to something stranger.

Edit: Really enjoying what they're doing with the Paradox 'mons, hope they release more as dlc (leaks state that Suicune and Virizion will be dlc, hopefully there will be more than just those two). This is a neat gimmick, hope GameFreak expands on it.
Oops, thanks for the catch, I was in such a rush to upload the picks I didn't realize I had lumped it in with the Paradox forms.

Salamence actually looks cool as hell. It's like a fancier mega.
Toxic Debris already sounds painful to deal with.

I think that might be partially to show off the hip new metal effects (which are fairly prominent in a lot of steel types.) I'm also thinking they'll probably benefit from being in motion, where we'll see them clicking and clanking more.I don't like the implications of Pokemon becoming robots in the future. At the very least, they could've thought of something more original instead of making them all "Pokemon but made of metal!"
General consensus I'm getting is that Scarlet has higher highs, but Violet's got generally more consistent quality.
This feels like I'm speaking from some kinda reversal alternate universe but... I'm... scared of Delibird.

Well, presumably, Koraidon and Moraidon both come from the past and future respectively. So all the future Pokémon being robotic was to be expected.I don't like the implications of Pokemon becoming robots in the future. At the very least, they could've thought of something more original instead of making them all "Pokemon but made of metal!"
My best for why? The world will likely become less hospitable for pokemon as time goes on and, as a result, most if not all were either mechanized or replaced with a robotic copy to compensate.

The lore for these things is weird, if the leaks are true.
They're not actually from the past or future, they're based on people's ideas of what past and future forms of these pokemon would be like. That's why they're called Paradox - they don't, or shouldn't, actually exist.

On the one hand, it lets them be creatively bankrupt by playing to people's expectations, on the other hand it's now cannon that these forms are not cannon which is neat.

Judging by the new regular pokemon designs, they don't need an excuse to be creatively bankrupt.

Future Delibird is starting to grow on me. Kinda wish they had done more with the design, but the more I think about it, the more I like the idea of a robotic penguin Santa being a powerhouse. It's so silly and bizarre (and I love it).
Same. Wasn't planning on evolving Floragato, but it looks like it will be worth it afterall. Still not too impressed with the design for Meowscarada, but the first time I saw Incineroar I hated it, and now it's one of my favorite 'mons, so I expect weed cat's final form will grow on me, too.

Well, we still have to see clear pictures and with movement which can have a lot of personality. What I don't get is why Floragato has a yoyo thing and Meowscarada is a mascarade type magician. Floragato looks neat, final form I'd need to see better images but for now it feels too plain.
The duck just looks like blue blaziken but much gayer, though a proper pic may redeem it mostle gets a meh.
Skeledirge isn't setting my world on fire but hey, at least looks like a crocodile that wouldn't mind doing a death roll instead of furry bait. Like the fire bird on his snout.
Now I have to see if steamdeck yuzu can even handle it.
