Doubt it. Outside of lolcows, no one gives this site enough attention to be aware of its existence. Companies like Nintendo would more than likely don't even know we exist.
I mean nearly lego tried to serve noll for the star wars shit

Wow, this situation keeps ramping up. And it's all basically deep web, underground stuff so who knows where to keep track in real time.

Is there a Reddit? Or is Nintendo DMCAing there?

Also besides the Gen2 and SDK leaks there were some CIA files like Sun and Moon debugs or O-Power distributions but haven't seen /vp/tards look into them too deeply because of their eternal hatred for anything 3DS gen.

I haven't seen anything about DMCAs regarding the SDK leaks since thats brand new, but if you meant the Gen2 DMCA, it was just Dr Lava shitting his pants like an autist and reacting hastily because of "muh book contracts" or whatever. Then the other people who were looking into this got scared and deleted their Neocities pages hosting information about the leaks because they're scared of Nintendo Ninjas...despite nothing actually happening.
From /ppg/ discord (haven't made an account to check myself)

I don't even think they hand out DMCA's via phone calls, someone correct me if I'm wrong though.

So, correct me if I'm wrong, there are currently no confirmed cases of the DMCAs and it's just people getting scared about something that probably won't happen?

4chan found emails from the Pokemon leaks that Masuda was being an exceptional individual with playtesters when asked why they couldn't play up the differently for older players to try hard mode and he said fuck off.

What a dumbass. :story: Probably no wonder only Black and White 2 has a Challenge Mode.

He was dumb back then and he is dumb now. And the fanbase still defends his shit like he's Japanese Todd Howard. lol

He ain't no Todd Howard! At least Todd himself earned that meme hood online many years back. Junichi Masuda is a child who gets made fun of by the internet for his Chris Chan style bullshit moves that got more people to hate him from Let's Go Pokemon to Sword & Shield. It's the funniest shit I have ever seen in my life.

That large island on route 125 is the best secret base location.

(it's that island one always lands on when flying to route 125)

Not sure what constitutes as a "good" or "best" secret base location tbh, I was always picky in terms of the interior design on top of setting. So Route 120 has been my go-to Secret Base location since the original Ruby because it looks so serene. I always loved seeing the clouds go by in the lake, and of course the ability to grow berries right out front.

I was disappointed that the bush and berry soil shrunk in ORAS, though, but I didn't want to leave the area so I scouted around and decided to have it in the tree above Registeel's ruins instead. I have to walk over for the berries, but I think I also chose it because of the base description making it sound mystical:

"A Secret Base above a tree where the unusual aura from nearby mysterious ruins hangs thick in the air."

Honestly forgot about it since it's been... fuck, it's been years since I last played it. Not sure what possessed me to get to JWittz' secret base to recruit him, though. Again, forgot you could do that by posting your QR code. I can't even remember who the other two in the base are, either, think I got them from Serebii signatures.

I think I'd have played ORAS more if something about it didn't disappointment me during gameplay that once I was done, I was done. Like I always felt like it was missing something and I just don't know what, or can't remember what it was that bugged me about it, and that makes me sad. Hoenn's not my favorite region, but I hold the most fond memories of Pokémon games though it, so I guess I had a lot of high expectations for the remake to have been as good or better than how HGSS did it.

Dare I ask who this RacieB is, and what she did?
Beside everything that was already told, she also declined someone giving her money/comissioning? based on person's political views, and used to have a ftp server with private files (which, apparently, included decade-old "receipts") open to everyone, including google indexing. Not the person one tasks with anything important, period.

I like the night sky effect in ORAS on the southern lake there.

Also I realized the 125 secret base is right by the space center. If it were a real place, it'd likely deal with constant high tide and the noise of rocket launches.

Wait when did this all happen? Does anyone have more context to both of those? Because if that is the case she is worse than I thought.

You know what I miss? Getting event pocket monsters in '00s.

In the late '90s, if you wanted a Mew, you had to hope Nintendo would have an event at your local mall, bring your cartridge, and they'd put in this special "Mew dispenser" machine.* In Current Year, you can only get event pocketmon over this newfangled internet thing. But in the '00s, all you had to do was go to a place like a vidya store and simply download over wireless using this gift thingy built into the game. Then pick up in the game.

*(at least you got a printed "certificate of authenticity" too)
