I've actually got to get going somewhere, so I'll just post the results and update the OP without any commentary.

We are now in Spring of 1902.
 
The servers got rolled back. I hope someone still remembers what the board looked like.

@Strelok what's the current status here, with all the server dropouts and such? I think I PMed you regarding some moves but yeah..
 
I sincerely apologize for actions of French troops on exercise along the Franco-German border. They lost their navigational bearings and marched into Munchen by complete accident. I would order them to withdraw with greatest haste upon the honour of the French fighting soldier, but I am afraid they have imbibed a bit too much of the local brew in the famed beer gardens and are no longer responding to inquiries from High Command. As soon as they sober up, they shall be ordered back across the border.

On unrelated note, I apologize for actions of French troops on exercise in the Mediterranean provinces if any of their troop movements appear hostile. They shall withdraw to French lines by the end of Spring 1903. I have no designs on our fellow Latin nation. Bound by our ties of a shared cultural heritage, I hope we shall evermore remain at peace.

England: Must Disband 1 Unit
France: May build up to 2 Units.
Germany: Must disband 1 Unit.
Italy: Stays the same
Russia: May build up to 1 Unit.
Turkey: May Build up to 1 Unit.
 
Disbands are Builds are in, and the world moves closer to the brink of continental war.

We have had a requested drop, as such the deadline is extended and we are looking for a replacement Germany,

Wow, just like real Great War, Russia is stricken by internal revolution and regime change at the height of the fighting. If there is no replacement found in time, we just play on with Russia issuing no new orders to standing armies, right?
 
I've been told in PM that we have an offer to take over Russia by another player and leave their current nation dormant. However due to the nature of Diplomacy and the fact that deception and such is a key element, I am not going to allow a current player to swap nations.
 
Ahh, seems like a lot of people are being busy. We've had a few withdrawals (temporary or otherwise) from our PathFinder game too.
Also we can already tell it was probably Germany trying to take over Russia, since they're in such a corner..
