Also consider this. Money wasn’t tight for Gunt when he was “wooing” Alice. He was even trying to convince Alice to move in with them. (He, ofc, wanted to help her!) He still date raped Alice because he felt entitled due to blowing a few hundred on her wish list.
Now Gunt is broke, desperately needs someone with an apt in the USA, he’s been totally socially isolated for years and hasn’t touched a woman in ages. Scarlett should be absolutely terrified if he flies to Wisconsin.
Ralph currently looks like degradation and desperation made flesh. Fucking Mersh looks like the pinnacle of physical and mental health next to Ralph rn. The little bit of badly needed money he got from wooing a long distance porn star has just been spent on more drugs for the both of them.
Scarlett should be worried but Ralph seems to have only got enough donos to ramp up his drug consumption and add opiates and coke to the menu. He’d have to choose travel over drugs to get to Madison, so she’s probably safe for now.
