Mersh and Royce explicitly stated they would not be participating in any future IRL events organized by Ralph because he's disrespectful of people's time. I don't recall which event they were referring to specifically, but there was a venue change or a date change or something which fucked up their travel plans and Royce's schedule (since he's gainfully employed, unlike Mersh).
The live events were Ralph's only good ideas, just not in the way he intended. He wanted one type of spectacle, but because he can't even manage his own life, much less a live event, they turned into different and much more entertaining and enjoyable spectacles. The fact this guy thought he could run a live event is astounding. Mersh, Feaser, Adowulf, Rand, and Perspicacity are all he has left.
