He won’t. Ralph is a cockroach just like DSP and many other cows. He was also raised in an extremely poor, and dangerous environment most of his upbringing. He’s accustomed to self destruction and dire circumstances.

Ralph’s got some solid time left in him. It’s just going to get more brutal to those on the outside looking in. Barring some magical “aha” moment where he realizes he’s the problem and actually tries to get help, I’d say we’ll make it to 2030 with the Ralphamale. He just won’t look anything like the 2020 model.

Yes and No, addicts tend to live longer thesedays, thanks to medication and better access to care, but the quality of that life is still going to be rough. To put it another way, in the 1950s you could drink yourself to death, today you will most likely drink yourself into a residential care home, suffering through debilitating pain and the crushing existence of being mentally/physically disabled, but with the triple indignity of everything being the result of your own actions.

It's why I still have a lot of sympathy for ralph, yes he's a dreadful man, but right now, even now; if he were to check himself into a US addiction Rehab program, stay sober, he could avoid an unbelievably grim existence. Still live for another 30-40 years, the liver is a resilient organ which can mend itself unlike the heart or brain.

Sure but he mixes alcohol and benzodiazepines while living alone with nobody to check on him. Liver failure is the least of his worries.

Hrm. Ralph may finally have found a benefit in being a pigman hybrid. Potential organ donors aren't limited to humans AND transplants would be deemed as research or experimental. He wouldn't have to deal with any of the concerns regarding his substance abuse or negligible physical activity either. Hell, that may be an added bonus for the transplant surgeon to go through. How many 5'1 lesbians with three tits and a wonky eye are there to experiment on in the first place?
