The goal of losing weight is to look better. Ralph lost weight and somehow managed to either look exactly the same or more dysgenic.

With how bad he looks, 2025 might be the year Ralph snuffs it. Its a long walk back from the mess he has turned his life into.
Then again, many people live with bad addiction for years. But goddamn.
 
i can't wait to assess the battle wounds from yesterday. it's 100% going to be black and white...i wonder if he broke the chair when he tripped over it and has another new contender to sit on or if the wooden chair will continue a-logging him IRL. he says he'll be live "soon" so another 30-45 mins and we should see that gunted wonder

edit: re: 2025 being the end of ralph? he's too resilient to fold to this bullshit. plus, he's got main character syndrome coupled with plot armor.

Agreed. He needs to start packing on the pounds so he just looks a a regular fat guy [albeit with a gunt] than a deflated skin sack.

He was fat for so long and you know he isn't exercising to lose the weight. He's just starving himself while consuming all his calories in pills and cheap bourbon. So now he looks like a scrotum that's been operated on a couple times instead of looking like a plastic bag filled with gravy like all of the other dad bod influencers who actively work out.
