I wanna play it safe and say August this year he will have some kind of emergency and might survive but then pass before December.

If a doctor told him "You will die if you do not stop the drugs and alcohol by the end of the year", he would willingly let himself die. We all know deep down Ralph is pretty fucked up mentally and only lives out of spite for others. And even in his final days he would spend it cursing everyone's names.
 
We, three teats of Ethan Ralph are;
Soaked in whiskey, saggy, ajar,
Pale and flabby,
To the floor we're sagging,
On the worst stream so far

O stream of whiskey,
stream of pills,
stream with name that starts with kill,
downward spiral,
Ralph's denial,
guide us through thy stream of pills
 
Congrats on the partial weight loss to Ralph I guess, but he looks pretty unkempt. Like scruffier than lowtax before he joined the 41%.

It’s helpful to know that no matter how low any of us sink we probably can’t do worse than anything Ethan does (peeing in bottles, pillstreaming, etc.) on an average day.
