During the stream after the first (recent) pillstream he talked about how he woke up the next morning with blood everywhere. He broke the tequila bottle somehow and knocked over his TV.

I'm not so sure. A friend of mine went twenty years without paying taxes. I know he wasn't lying because I got interviewed over it (I made the mistake of paying him out by check). Surprisingly, he never was threatened with jail time, just a seven year repayment program.

To me it just looks like clumps of hair in a really shitty quality webcam in bad lighting and filters. However it's possible he scratches himself in his xanax blackout while sleeping being ate alive by mosquitos. The mexican skeeters love him since his skin is so thin they don't even have to bite him.

Although, didn't he say the other night he smashed into the wall and knocked over his TV while he was a xanny-zombie? Who knows, the image quality is so poor it's really hard to tell.

that’s not unusual. it’s extremely rare people go to jail unless it’s political (rip irwin schiff) or egregious. Repayment plan is the normal thing. The fact is jail just adds to cost, it’s better to let people stay out and work to pay off the debt, basically IRS slavery. As far as 20 years, the rate of enforcement has varied wildly over time. Especially as the irs has thankfully been starved of money until biden. I do wonder however, the whole process can take a long time, like one year you just get a letter you ignore, do that for a few more, then an interview that you bs through, then they assess a fee/debt, you can be in compliance then fall out etc. Possible that could go for a decade. If more people actually knew the rates of audit and enforcement the IRS actually achieves, half the US would stop filing taxes.

As far as ralph i won’t say it’s absolutely impossible he didn’t file for ten years and didn’t caught in any capacity, but he almost certainly at least received a letter, and doubly so once his financials entered the court system over child support, even though that was state. Plus it’s possible when he hired the mexico expat lawyer he basically told him to preemptively start withholding and getting his shit together.

This is just like when Hasan visited that brothel in Germany that got shut down for human trafficking, if Hasan were fat and poor and drunk and a felon and lived in a shack in Mexico.
 
Ralph gets his Xanax through a crooked pharmacist not street dealers. In Mexico the pharmacies are super loose and if you have the right amount of money you can get what you want. The cartel has no reason to be interested in him he's a nobody.

90% it's just the camera making his nervous scratching look worse than it is, but it's fun to imagine he put his fist through a window over the past few days.

The people he's buying pills from are obviously cartel related, but as for the cartels themselves, it's extremelly doubtful that they care about some pig in a crack shack. He'd have to piss them off.

Which isn't unlikely.

As for now, he's a customer.

He's not buying pills off of anyone. He gets them from the pharmacy. We've seen his pill bottles he has a crooked doctor who prescribes them to him.
