Paying or filing? There are only two criminal offenses related to taxes - not filing, and fraud. Everything else is civil. If he files and doesn't pay, he'll never go to jail. The IRS can, and will, get a court order to empty out your bank account though and will do so in a heartbeat once you get behind by a certain amount.

He's in is a very safe tourist and expat town. The whole area is toursty. You can find Merida on lists as the safest, or one of the, cities in Mexico and all of Central South America. It's a cash cow for gringo money and it does the cartel that controls it no good to scare all of that away. Supply all the pharmacies, control the businesses, get protect money, keep the violence out. Just look at how they operate under the surface with strip club trafficking. Fatty isn't big time enough to draw their attention unless he does something crazy like kill one of their prostitutes.

Ralph's likely still in Los Heroes, as he's still hitting up the same torta shop (at least the last time he posted outside the piss shack). Ralph would 100% drive further for a taste of pussy than he would for stuffing his gullet, so I don't know the strip clubs would be the biggest indicator of location. The only way Ralph isn't in Los Heroes, is if his lawyer/plumber/landlord lived somewhere else and Ralph is crashed in the converted garage / granny flat.

If Ralph starts getting boisterous and we can get more info, cool. Otherwise, he's not worth the time.

Gloating about how much money he's able to grift from the haters while getting fucked up on stream and then immediately walking it back and claiming he's going to embrace sobriety, what a disingenuous poser. For once Daxipad gives him solid advice to dig himself out of a financial hole and he doesn't take it. Pathetic.
