yeah I can’t feel any remorse for him when he gladly treats all his “loved ones” like shit.
 
Man, he got over 300% of his "All Night Stream" goal and then ended the show. I hope he refunds all those fake donos. He could really use the money.

Is this pillstream really due to him not getting custody? Did he actually think the court would let a sex offender that lives in a tin shack in a different country, is constantly on drugs, and makes no money take care of a child?

It's the rosacea, it's a chronic, lifelong condition that Ralph has. The flareups can be caused by high temperatures (it's currently in the mid 90f range in Merida with very high humidity) and alcohol/drug abuse. He has mentioned before that he has to rub a lotion on his body to treat/maintain the flareups, obviously hasn't been doing that lately. Last time it was this bad was a couple of years ago when he was in his sasquatch arc and livestreaming himself getting shit-house drunk at different restaurants while Meigh and Rozie looked on in horror.

I think that's pretty solid speculation as things go. It is worth remembering that Ralph initially got sober after Pantsu fled her Mexican holding cell with Rozy.

This was during a period where I genuinely thought Ralph was going to die. He had night after night of streams where he was as bad, if not worse, than last night - albeit far less entertaining. It culminated in the suffer horse stream at Dax Herreras house.

He slipped up a few times since, but never quite as bad as this.

Anyway, the point is that the shock which got Ralph sober was his wife leaving him and taking his child. A wife he's on audio threatening to kill, a child he called a bitch on Livestream because she was crying.

If it's not confirmed May and Rozy are gone for the foreseeable, well no point to stay sober now.

Man I got both rosacea and eczema and I don't turn purple like that. You really need to not take care of yourself to turn colors. What I also have (And what the main problem here is if I had to guess) is seborrheic dermatitis. And 90% of the problems caused by all 3 can be mostly cured by using daily dandruff shampoo and rubbing it on your face while you let the shampoo on your head soak it. My dermatologist recommended it, and yes it works. Use a cream or foam if not fully gone.

This dudes face has to be a combination of unclean, drunk, and sunburned in addition to his skin problems
