I'm very torn.

One part of me thinks it's hysterical that a cherry tomato grew a face and is drugged out of his mind shorting like a pig and sleep eating chips.

The other part of me sees a deeply damaged human being and is sad they're literally self destructing instead of getting help.
 
I just saw some clips of today's Pillstream and they are fucking brutal. At this point Ralph could actually die if he missed a pill dosage, his GABA receptors are THAT fried.

Dozens of people have tried to help him behind the scenes. The only thing that will save him is legal trouble in the US. It would force him into some progrram or rehab. But the man is in mexico so we get the sad ending
 
The Sonichu medallion demon is in its final phase of feeding. It will now drive him into taking more and more xanies until he ODs and it claims his soul. Ralph's only hope is to have an exorcism performed.

If Ralph had ever shown one shred of decency in his entire life, I might be able to understand your second point. But, he hasn't and there are too many good folks in bad situations for me to give a single shit about this pathetic pig-man and his self destruction.
