I've wanted to do once called Philip agent of C.I.S where kidnap him an implant a control chip in him and give him the perfect American dream life where we control him but inside he's rebelling, but then I get bored and do something else.

I thought he was making zero effort to pass before. He literally just looks like a regular fat guy here.
 
Why would someone with such a gigantic fat neck persist in taking pictures from that awful fucking angle?

The weird thing is, it's not like he doesn't know he's overweight. He's talked about losing weight several times. Yet he still persists in taking the most unflattering shots possible.

Pretending to be hard by getting a fake prison shirt. This is typical Phil. He wants all the respect without actually doing time. Unbeknownst to his tard mind, people who actually have been in prison want nothing to do with wearing prison cloths (even fake ones) on the outside. Sadly when I first looked at this I thought "huh, he's actually wearing a nice shirt and doesn't look like a complete sped!" But no. He's just switching up his autistic theme.

If you want the perks do the works.
