First I saw that hashtag used was a twitter rant by the former asspatter Phoenix Flame. This enormous rant about being more oppressed. The only person i know who has an account on 'iamtotallydesperate dot com'
Edit: one of the related caps. I attribute so much of Phil's behavior to Phoenix but all the Rat king survives on gofundme.
