I'm pretty new to the phil scene since I didn't know we had secret boards, but damn I can see why there's a lot of talk on him. Funny thing is I've seen his pictures multiple times on cringe compilations, but never knew it was him.

He's the David Bowie of cringe. He had his Fat White Commissar phase, the Izzy Helldust phase, he has all kinds of looks, all of them bad.

Given his hairline, I'll bet the stuff shaved off never grows back. I knew a guy in his 30's who had thinning hair, and he shaved himself bald for reasons at one point, and then was horrified when it never grew back.

Maybe he has to sleep upright, like the Elephant Man. I'm envisioning a scenario where he lies back and the wattle flips up over his face, flab blocking his mouth and nose... Phil fights, but there's just too much of it and he's panicking... tries to call for Toren, who's learnt to tune out the suicide threats and doesn't care anyway... he stops fighting... and finally Jingles is free.
