It's just a form of insurance
Anyone can take out a policy and it's generally free for children, low incomes, tards and seniors

For low income, children and yards, you're thinking of Medicaid, which is totally free (vs. Medicare, which is not free).

Does that fact that Phil gets medi-cal not medicare affect the issue or is that splitting hairs (as a britfag I don't get the system)
Phil usually very clear about how he gets medi-cal so I'm assuming toren simply forgot that when he wrote this.

I'm not entirely sure. Even though Medicaid is a federal system, there are state by state differences. I've heard of a "Medicaid spend down" where where someone who's income is too high for free Medicaid can actually pay a type of premium that would allow them to get Medicaid. This might apply to Phil if he's receiving Medi-Cal (California Medicaid). From my basic understanding, Phil is on SSI? That's for poor tards and disabled people who do not have enough work credits (lol Phil, work) to qualify for SSDI. SSI is also less money per month.

Government fags, feel free to correct me. This is just from what I know.

I think we have put way more thought into this than Phil and Toren.
Bottom line is Phil rent and insurance are part of his tard bux and he has no overdraft so his rent will be covered, it's just a bullshit cover for pledges.
Toren doesn't pay rent since he's not on lease UNLESS he had to declare his address for his tardbux which would result in a reduction for both as them as they would be co-occupant.

There are ways around declaring your address. When Phil was homeless for example he found away around it. Toren probably doesn’t give them the real address for the very reason that they know they’d get a reduction. And they can’t be having that.

Pretty much agree
But in this case I think toren is either being super sketchy or forced to be honest.
He's been reported to Phils landlord as an unregistered tenant at least twice and for a period pretended to move out and claimed on social media he had a place of his own till Phil blew his cover again then manged to get caught again when the landlord came to check the fire alarms.

I doubt he's getting medi-cal anymore, he isn't claiming residency in California anymore.

Same old shit.

Ah and we are back to houselessness again.

I’d love for Phil to freeze to death on a sidewalk somewhere but I have a feeling he’s actually fairly safe from eviction and is farming extra cash for cheese and ink as per usual. It’s a shame more people don’t openly call him out for haemorrhaging money on pointless shit like that guy did regarding his latest tattoo.

Actually, I think he's probably insufferable enough, even as much of a coward as he is, and makes such noise, plus you have Troon Victoria who probably yells and screams at Phil at all hours, that the neighbors would have been actively complaining, and the landlord is actually waiting for any excuse to get rid of the two monstrous troons turning their place into a repellent pigsty.

When Phil starts begging like this does he actually have something in mind he wants to buy?

Doesn't his rent get taken out of his tardbucks automatically?

Edit: I just noticed one of the tags on this thread is 'Toren the microwave slayer'. Whoever put that in, you owe me a clean computer monitor.
I heard the microwave was misgendering him constantly.

I hope it was one of those microwaves that had a potato button.
