The idea behind fresh and ready is that it is fresh and ready right now; he's talking about little Ceasars. The only thing that would require is Phil having to go and pick them up since they don't deliver and then have to carry them home...a different trial all it's own.

I think at that point the guy in the costume would be permitted to sentence Philthy to the gladiator arenas. Historically, they believe that some gladiators actually were quite fat as that made their skin thicker with fat and thus an added layer of fat protection.

Technically, of course, as an Italian-American, he has the right to claim cultural appropriation over a Caesar costume. I wouldn't put it past him to forget he's supposed to be Latino if he thought he could get pitybux for being Italian.

I currently have $0.43 to my bank account right now

So, in about 10 days I should receive my Water/Sewer/Trash bill that I have to pay with my September rent $240 plus another $70-$80 - I have not had to pay this bill since March due to Cascadia Behavioral Health initially messing up my utilities allowance calculation when I moved into my apartment - and thus I have been paying it off with a standing utility credit for that bill which this month was the last month of it and the reminder was credited to my portion of the rent I payed this month.

This bill runs about $70-$80 a month on average - if I can get majority of this bill raised (not asking for more than $60) I will be in good shape financially for September 2017.

Also requesting transit $ to cover 10 TriMet Honored Citizen Day passes for September
