337 Days until Surgery - Recap of Last week in updates: 6/14 to 6/21

Electrolysis on my Surgery area has begun on Monday 6/19/2017 and I saw my Physical Therapy doctor at OHSU on Wednesday 6/14

Every day has been basically very active, save for over the weekend - I am adjusting my routine to where I am now borderline moderately active to active

I am hiking at least 14 to 21+ miles a week - trying to build up muscle mass while simultaneously bringing my weight down to the target range of the 180s-170s before surgery, this is easily achievable at the rate of 1 pound a week and keeping the daily calorie intake around 1700-2100. To clarify, it is my own decision to lose weight and not a hard pre-surgery requirement on the part of the surgeon. I had expressed to the surgeon from the consultation appointment to desire to do this level of physical activity - nothing wrong with being healthy prior to surgery (after all, this is what they would want anyhow, I am just proactive)

all this physical activity is needed for working the pelvic area prior to surgery - the legs and ankles being constantly worked to prevent blood clots while recovering -- my arms are also to be worked out as well to build up some muscle mass.

I know Phil isn't an especially intelligent man but he has to see how it's counterproductive to write a blog post full of lies about being vegan and hiking twenty miles a day, and then five minutes later posting selfies of his bloated corpse like body.

So it's pretty much confirmed his sperging about losing weight was daddy rape levels of accurate if his goal as a manlet is to only weigh 180ish.

inb4 next picture he posts of himself, he's even fatter, greasier and hairier.

That's probably Phil seeding his own donations to get people giving again. He went well over a month without donations, and he's gotta get people to start paying again.

Does that seeding actually work though? Like are there really people dumb enough to look at Phil's page, see someone put money in, and they decide to do it too? That's pretty fucked up if so.

Why does he need to see a physical therapist?
Because trying to exercise when you're that out of shape is a really good way to induce a heart attack?

I'd be surprised if they do, because 1) most of the people he's begging from don't have much money themselves and 2) Phil's begging is never-ending. I imagine all his friends who aren't Kiwis either hide his updates or tune them out, regardless of seed money.

Were I one of his rubes, I would take one look at it and decide to keep my money to myself, secure in the knowledge that someone else is donating to him.

Putting such a high amount was a mistake. To put it in perspective, there are poor people in the USA living on $2 a day or less. $205 could easily cover a month's food with some left over for utilities. Combine that with tardbux and in theory he has nothing to whine about until next month. He should have thrown in $20 or something, enough to act as seed money but still enable him to beg. Oh well, if Phil thought things through, he wouldn't be on here in the first place.

"AN EMERGENCY - MEDICAL NESSCISITY"!

Tubby waddled too fast and lost his glasses. Please give or he won't be able to safely ride (his stationary bike in his own house).

AN EMERGENCY - MEDICAL NESSCISITY

I need a new pair of prescription glasses to be able to see far away.

Earlier this afternoon I had to flee from a street harassment situation in Downtown Portland - my PTSD and Anxiety kicked into overdrive and I bolted away from the situation.

When I got to safety - I was missing my pair of prescription glasses I need to be able to see far away (primarily used for cycling) and now I am faced with a crisis of choosing between paying next month's rent for my apartment or getting glasses to be able to see.

Any amount helps with getting me glasses. Please share widely.
