The creators of Peppa Pig have introduced a new family that’ll have many jumping with excitement in muddy puddles.

The latest episode of the popular children’s series introduces Penny Polar Bear and her two mummies — marking the show’s first ever same-sex couple.

“One mummy is a doctor and one mummy cooks spaghetti,” Penny explains to Peppa in one scene (via The Mirror).

The addition of Penny Polar Bear and her two mummies comes on the heels of a fan petition calling on the show to add same-sex parents. Though Peppa has emerged as an icon in the LGBTQ community, some fans were bothered by the lack of gay representation over the show’s 18 season, 250 episode run.

“Children watching Peppa Pig are at an impressionable age, and excluding same-sex families will teach them that only families with either a single parent or two parents of different sexes are normal,” the petition read. “This means that children of same-sex parents may feel alienated by Peppa Pig, and that other children may be more likely to bully them, simply through ignorance.” To date, nearly 25,000 people have signed on the petition.

Last year, Sesame Street made its own history by introducing a gay couple for the first time in the show’s 51-year history. (Bert and Ernie don’t count.)

Guess that just leaves Bluey as the only all-ages children's toon that is still acceptable and not skeevy to watch for one's kids.

Well, unless you're like me and lurk Animal Control enough to know how diaperfurs have latched onto that show like deer ticks.
Anyone with any sense should be keeping kids young enough to be these show's audience off of the internet, at least filtered enough to never see that shit.

Can you imagine watching peppa fucking pig and the only thing you have to complain about is "Hmm not enough gays."

I knew no kid's infotainment show was safe when they pozzed Arthur...

Peppa Pig has always been haram. Look at the character, look at the way its eyes are located on the snout. This is an abomination completely inappropriate for young children, it fucks up their development. 2 to 6 years is when 3d imagination is supposed to develop (and it's still too young for conservation). There must have been child development experts who signed off on it. Peppa Pig is unironically a psyop to turn children tard.

The show is already known for teaching young kids bad habits and mannerisms, from acting like a pig, sounding like a pig, being a rude brat, among many things. If this is what nails in the coffin for parents to really get their kids to stop watching this garbage, then they already failed.
even worse, it teaches them to sound Br*t*sh
