It's easy, takes no time at all, has a huge benefit for Chris and for us. Once Barb dies I will help him with the estate and figure out some way to salvage the property from debtors.

We've always joked about after Barb dies that a troll will somehow con Chris out of his house and turn it into a CWC museum. At this point I think Kiwifarms has been more of a parent to Chris than Borb.
