This is probably the case. EMS entered blades room a little over an hour ago, it probably took a decent amount of time to transport an barely conscious blade to the hospital and do all the tests to asses his state properly. The paramedics know what signs to look out for and likely suspect the worse.

From what I've seen since the start of the Vegas arc it looks necrotic.

If Risso actually has sepsis we need to send him all of our spirit energy and cast circles of protection. In that case this is probably the hospital trip where he at least loses the foot, assuming he pulls through and is relatively okay other than his diseased leg. If that is the case I wonder what the odds are that he tries to stream from the hospital. Also wonder what are the odds that losing the foot and/or recovering from sepsis triggers him to attempt another sober arc.

It's been a minute since I followed Blades antics but it looks like I punched back in at the right time. How is he not screaming in pain 24/7 when his foot looks like that ? I'm not doctor but that thing has to be painful as fuck. Is he just that wasted 24/7 ? I'll hang up and listen.

He said its really painful and he was visibly limping on it, he has been scooting around in a rented mobility scooter and hasn't really spent much time on his hoof apart from when he is pissing in the street or falling out of the chair.

He almost certainly has nerve damage from alcoholic/diabetic neuropathy meaning he basically can't feel that foot or at least can't feel it past a certain point. Also a possible reason why it's been able to get this bad without him being forced by pain to deal with it. If your flesh is rotting off from necrosis and you actually have feeling in the area that's happening to, I would have to imagine you would be straight to a hospital from sheer agony.

Sepsis, taken to the ER, described as serious, "he was in and out."

Your mother's a saint. So is mine, but even she would have told me "look, I'll do this for you for, like, a day or two until you're off the worst of the brain-squashing pain meds, but you're doing this shit yourself after that, this is your own fault."

Then again I can't possibly imagine going unwashed long enough for A FUCKING LIMB TO START ROTTING OFF, so what do I know? :story:
 
I've been calling it. I knew he was going to have some major health crisis soon due to how swollen his leg is. Also that Sniper towards the end of the night was legendary. Hope he we get him on stream again sometime soon. Blade was never really in any danger with the sleep stream on him because it's a common occurance viewers call for a welfare check on him when he's in the state he was in last night.
 
I guess Blade was correct when he said his talents could shine in Vegas, these are the best streams in a long time, maybe the best ever.
 
I know he probably needs one but I don't like any of Blade's tard wranglers. They're either cutting off the fun or straight feeding him shots when he's on the verge of dying and says he just wants to sleep. Geezer got chatty with hotel security and leaked Blade's Youtube channel so it's easy to assume he's 100% banned if he lives to get his stuff back. Poo touchers are gay. Blade can figure it out. The best parts is when Blade is solo drive-by calling people niggers and playing Mario Kart in traffic.
 
I'd say something charitable but he'd surely call me a poor nigger person. I don't want anything bad to happen to him, but it's feeling like Choptober.

They'd call his next of kin for consent. If they can't find NoK, two docs can sign off on his condition being a threat to life and that he doesn't have the time to hang out on pressors and antibiotics while they look for his mom.

(I don't know if there's any specific wrinkle to Nevada.)

EMS knows it looks bad, and they see a lot of middle-aged alcoholics to know what they're talking about, but as first responders they don't have the labwork the hospital will, and the nature of EMS means they don't see patients all the way through their treatment. Blade could be in septic shock, or he could be in hyperosmolar hyperglycemic state plus SIRS, and then there's his liver and the black box of his renal function to consider.

We won't know until they get him up on the jacks and take a look around.
