Very much. Look how his belly flattens out laying down. That is not fat. It's fluid from his heart or kidneys or liver....take a pick which one.

It's not full blown ascites but eventually the kidneys won't keep up and it will balloon out and keep filling

It's also the hardest I have laughed in a while. I was crying when he smashed into the construction sign and just kept going.

I honestly think he runs on zero upkeep, didn't shower today, doesn't brush his teeth, doesn't clean the hoof, doesn't shave his face with a mirror he is literally a comical homer simpson character.

Not in Vegas no, a couple of pages back someone posted the relevant statute. Mobility scooters are not considered motor vehicles in Las Vegas.

Running over a prostitute in a drunken rampage on the other hand.

I'm not suprised I mean the leg looks so much worse than it did a couple months ago. He's got obvious swelling in that leg with the whole foot/ankle area turning purple, and the bottom of his foot looking black. He 100% needs the scoot scoot

His condition has to be getting worse and who knows what will happen if it's kept like this for a few more months. Thin, shiny skin, or skin without hair")

This is what it looked like 2/3 months ago, you can see there is no black skin around the heel or swelling around his ankle... "totally healing dood"

The stump getting worse was bound to happen with Peggy gone and unable to care for it daily.
