Blade could’ve died in that scooter if no one called EMS.
Honestly the bottom number is more concerning. I would expect someone drunk as fuck to have high blood pressure momentarily , but the resting number should rise with the top number to compensate to prevent heart remodeling.

it will keep pushing on no matter how much pain its in or how little hope there is, until it cant anymore. it takes decades for it to give up.

Boneclinks is obviously a bad friend for abandoning Blade a 2nd time, but even if he would've helped him back to the hotel Blade would've still needed to go to the hospital and dumbass Boneclinks wouldn't have thought to call EMS. So maybe it's a good thing that things went the way they did. I'm surprised Blade has run into multiple good samaritans in Vegas, him being scooter-bound probably has a lot to do with that.
