It could be a catch-all term for any waste of money. For example, I once bought a car in the dark and walked out the next morning to realise it was 2 completely different shades of red and the water pump was leaking. In other words, I OIC'ed that purchase.

I did a quick search, and Twitter showed a conversation from Chipe and another person typing in english, but selected the language of the site to russian.
Also, the photo he tweeted is from somewhere in Russia (I presume) and it's flipped horizontally, probably to prevent image search (look at the bottom of the disk thrower 'emblem'. It's supposed to be 1854, but you can clearly see it's flipped).

American Turner but I can't find the exact location where this one is. Most of them are red, not blue and don't have the date either.

"Turnerbund" is German and means something like gymnastics association. He isn't wrong calling it "Turn Verein"...actually it should be "Turnverein". You can use "Verein" for basically every sports club, independent of its size. Don't know how much German is used in the US for sports clubs and alike. Edit: Lorum and actually confirmed that it's in Sacramento. I don't think that's in Russia. Probably in Sacramento like he said himself.

His Turnerbund looks kinda freemasonic/gay.

I was wondering what that last bit said, Turnverein did come up quite a bit in my search. Seems it was founded in the 1800's and was a gym but from a few pictures I've seen, you can also get married in it(?) Just seems a little weird honestly.
Definitely not in Russia.

Not really - for me. It's not unusual to rent a space of a sports club (in Germany at least) for a big party (carnival, marriage, birthday etc). Oftentimes it's a community thing in rural areas. His second name is "Hagen". That's German, too.

I guess for me, getting married in a gym is a little weird but if that's what people do then I won't knock it; more power to them.
American Turner is a German-American gymnastics association, so it makes sense they'd take a lot of German culture.

Regardless, it doesn't seem like there's too much more info to dig up regarding this guy and the gym. All you'd really find is the history of the gym. Doesn't seem like a cult, just an association.

When it comes to info about OIC's identity, then anything which comes out is just gayops done by other retards knowing that the spergs in the detractor circles are going to jump on it. The only way we're ever going to know who OIC is, is if he spergs out really hard and accidentally reveals himself. Otherwise, he might as well be Freddy Boy as we're not ever going to know who he actually is

This endless stream of "OIC is <insert detractor/paypiggy here>" is just proving Phil right when he says we sit around all day making shit up to fit a narrative.

There is more evidence that OIC is an actual shape shifting psychic vampire reptilian consuming their victims entire consciousness at this point who can hop from person to person than OIC being superhound.

Maybe anyone can flag stuff on YouTube and twitter because of how broken their systems are, maybe its not all the same person. There is as much evidence indicating there is copycat autists out there messing with detractors and fans just for funsies.
