Troons are never a comedy. They might have funny moments but they are a tragedy. Except Invakov. He is funny.
 
i imagine sanjis problem is that he refuses to accept himself because of his much he hates germa and judge. he wont even dare think of himself as any type of conqueror because that would mean embracing what he actually is and not just trying to sacrifice himself. sanji asking zoro to kill him if he stops acting like himself after his fight with queen is a good example of this. im curious to see how strong sanji is when he actually embraces who/what he actually is.

but more importantly than that it would seem that lili was hiding on elbaf at one point. which must mean whatever she left must have her haki in it which will make imu freak out and send him away. i wonder as well though how lili got to elbaf in the first place. maybe she had the paw paw fruit before kuma?

I wonder if Ivankov noticed Sanji' latent biological upgrades and did something to activate but because it was connected to Germa Sanji blocked it out, I think the only fight that Sanji had was against Vergo and Sanji held his own against a Vice Admiral who tanked one of Laws high level abilities. He had his bones fractured sure but it did not seem to actually affect him all that much.

I think the ultimate problem with Sanji is that he needs to accept that part of himself in order to gain full access to his CH. Maybe something along the lines of "choosing to use it for something better"

exactly. sanji has to have the will to become stronger. he came close fighting queen but was still afraid in the end i would not be surprised if ivankov either outright knew who sanji was or noticed his enhancements and sanji just blocked out the entire memory due to his refusal to embrace anything germa related.

when it was first a thing i thought it was neat since it seemed like it was supposed to be some type of rare thing that only very special people had. but now it feels more common and its less about who has it and more so about how strong it is which does kind of kill the interest in a way. it makes things like shanks having ultra strong haki seem way less impressive.

the best thing i can compare it too actually is dragon ball and super saiyans. they originally started out as this rare thing that only could happen in legend and only goku could do it. then later on fucking everybody who is a saiyan can become a super saiyan like its nothing. which made it feel like just another power boost rather than something truly unique.

Been ages but IIRC, didn't one of the Broly films straight up reframe Freeza genociding the Saiyans by retconning what Freeza knew about it, as far as Freeza knowing that the Super Saiyan concept wasn't just a super strong Saiyan but but a power up/evolved form that if achieve would spread like wildfire among the Saiyan population?

All those DBZ movies are non-canon. Except maybe Episode of Bardock, which wasn't a movie anyway.
