Probably not the most interesting panel but God I love this stuff. Very reminiscent of Nausicaä with the whole forgotten remains of a technological superior civilization overtook by plants, fungus and strange growths.

I cannot find the panels showing centuries old cities swallowed by the Sea of Decay but it will do.

I also love we will see more of Dorry and Brogy. At first I though "Here we go, they are going to be slightly paralyzed by booze or some bullshit" and that we would have to wait 10 chapters before seeing them in action. I waited 15 years to see more of them. I hope they will not be knocked out of combat too soon, I want to see them crush the world government dogs.

Zudomon just has generic viking traits, which is why they changed his Mega from Plesiomon to Vikingmon.

I hate anime tourist. And out of all the pervy anime chatacters (Roshi, grapeboy) Sanji is tame. That i recall, he's never disrespected any woman besides old hags, and even though it's just used for comedy. He's a simp, not a pervert. And I hope these people get filtered out. Sanji in tranny island or getting a (gay?) man's blood in Fishman Island would have caused them seething.

Regarding Ch1144
That theory that the One piece world is just our world several years in the future after a disaster is more and more plausible. The Void century might just be the last time remnants of the pass civilization decided to do something.

Yeah but they both had the exact same hammer as opposed to the traditional Mjolnir depiction.

The Germa 66 were a general Henshin Hero reference but a magic girl reference has to be worked in since there is no magic in One Piece.

Perhaps I am misremembering then. Stll, the theming of Kiba is Hammer wielding Walrus and that is good enough for me.
 
So Jimbe jumping straight to "It's a Devil Fruit" is sound logic..but...it has to be wrong right?
Like why even bring up what it might be if "Its a Devil Fruit" is the answer when everyone is gonna assume that anyways?

Because children are dumb and they just got off an having to deal with Pig Ganon, a Sandworm a skeleton horse and a demon spider…it’s clear Oda wants to tell us yes this is a Fruit. Especially when we know at least Gunko is likely packing more than that.

I mean going by the chapter and the fruits being given names I think it’s obvious that it’s just Devil Fruits lol. Sometimes we all forget that One Piece is at the end of the day a young boys battle manga and not everything is going to be le epic twist.
