I swear to God, CBR has to have a hot take with every development, right? It’s almost as prevalent as Twitter users posting celebratory GIFS when they learn there isn’t going to be a break after a chapter drops, and posting despondent GIFs when there is a break.

Story of about 90% of shonen battle manga honestly.

Considering things like the mural from previous chapters in this arc, and other developments in this arc, and where we are in the story, I don’t really blame folks for speculating about new things on a bigger picture. It ain’t like it’s going to make a mountain of a molehill and make fanfics and videos like GrandLineReview.

So Vivi will get recaptured and either the World Government will try to broadcast her execution, or her bedding at the hands of Imu, from the Unholy land of Marie Geoise?

As Fujitora has shown, Haki can be sensed. I doubt Luffy, Zoro and especially Sanji will not notice that this cannot be Vivi. While it is true that they could not sense Haki last time they saw her, there is no way that Imu's Haki will feel like Vivi's should. It should feel more "unsettling", like the Gorosei.

I highly doubt the WG will release Imu’s sex tape, if only for the reason that Imu is supposed to be a secret that doesn’t exist. Honestly, just hearing that Vivi is being pursued would be enough for Luffy and his friends to jump into action and head for the holy land.

I guess that’s one way to set up the final war: Luffy heads to the castle and looks to find Vivi before the switch is completed.
 
I still think that Laughtale will come before Marie Geoise, with maybe Lodestar happening before Laughtale as the location of the "Yonko Battle Royale".

Oh sure it will feel unsettling. And then Imu is either going to convince them via the X on her arm - as unlike Bon Clay Imu will know what that means - or Luffy will willingly take Imu out of the castle. But money is on being fooled by the X.

Honestly, I feel like the Haki would be felt when Imu turns into that monster form that killed Cobra, maybe even a super form of that, because Imu will find that holy shit, Luffy is a FUCKING IDIOT.
