I absolutely fucking love that we are getting an arc where the very concept of globohomo trying to conquer a nation through subversive pussification is used.

I’ll laugh my ass off if mixed race kids shit immediately stops being a thing in manga because Rahm Emmanuel is no longer US ambassador/ USAID stops trying to subvert nations.

It’d be like when Elon bought Twitter and laid off most of Twitter Japan and in like two hours it went from K-Pop and some gay shit to Gundam, Japanese Baseball, and idol shit.

mixed race kids shit
Isn't One Piece guilty of this right now?

I will say i really hate how much libtard programming clouds the analytical thinking of so many One Piece youtubers. Almost every youtuber analyzing this current arc have to scratch their head and create mental gymnastics as to why Elbaf ending it's traditional warrior culture is a bad thing. I could list other better examples but I want to keep it relevant and not go on too much about politics here.

The fuck do you mean "right now"? It's been a running theme for decades at this point.
I mean, the Buccaneers exist, maybe Collin is one. Better hope that Globohomo is overthrown by the end given what happened to Kuma simply for existing.

Did we get a confirmation on what Buccaneers are? Half Giants like Collin do look indistinguishable from normal giants. Buccaneers look different than them.

I know, I am just pointing out the most recent example.

You seem to be trying to be a One Piece fan without ideological contridictions like me lol. The point isn't that the world government is bad but specifically the the world nobles are. It will probably be that the current globalism is replaced with a new one that mixes all the races together with no sense of determination or identity.

I think that the Red Line will likely be destroyed by the series end, which will definitely put a huge hamper on any new globalist movements. If anything, I think a lot of the world's nations, if they even survive Imu going turbo nigger and drowning them, will likely be too suspicious of any new "World Government" to join.

i know it has been brought up before but what are the odds shes still alive? i think kaido is for sure alive still but big mom im not as sure.
I feel like if they were dead, it'd be confirmed already. What's the point of keeping it vague for so long just for someone to go "Oh yeah, no, they're actually dead."

Not nearly as much of an impact than if they suddenly showed up at the end of a chapter, alive and recovering, ready to make their next move.

I think that Kaido's definitely dead, but with Linlin, who knows.

Watch video claiming Aokiji might be connected or gunning for Imu. Because Imu is in his glasses. Think it is bs.

Go to Chapter 699 to check.

See Imu in his glasses.

And then Doffy straight up asks ‘what are you now?’

Lmao

If Imu has been long conning things in this way…If Oda is that nuts.

huh that does look like imu in his glasses. i can only imagine that maybe kuzan knows about imu somehow and was reminded of him looking at doffy. maybe he thinks siding with blackbeard now is the only true way to beat imu. either way it would be interesting if imu was being hinted at even back then.

Honestly, nothing is out of the question when it comes to Oda.

Funny you mention that.

Interesting as it sounds, I'm gonna have to respectfully disagree. His glasses just reflect like that.

Is there context to this claim? cause I really wanna know if the Kaguya bullshit was planned from the start cause that would be fucking HILARIOUS.
Not a Naruto thread but this is always a fun conversation. People are quick to point out the symbolism which is cool but i highly doubt a villain that is literally unkillable needs a random goddess to drop in just to be the Real final boss was planned. This is a generally a thing i am hoping Oda is mitgating because it usually only happens because of the typical things that is common with manga which is escalation.
It is very obvious Imu has been planned since forever. And both Blackbeard and Luffy seem like they have powers that can likely hard counter him.
Since we were introduced to the likes of CP9 there was always suspicious and breadcrumbs saying there are forces that are above or outside of the World Government that have major influence. Imu should be no surprise to anyone paying attention since there's always the obvious question with the five elders of who gives them the orders and with One Piece there's usually someone who is pulling the strings from within the shadows.
