Tashigi lost her right to be a character when she put up an awful showing in Punk Hazard. If Zoro still ends up with her I will rage so hard.

Dragon's become a laughingstock after the Kuma flashback, so I think that's more likely to screw him over than the horny retards who enjoy having their time wasted if it means looking at tits. I wish Perospero had made it into the bracket.

Not strong enough in my opinion. If we were going full meme bloc, then Kizaru would've lost round 1, we would've had Kidd vs Shanks instead of Rosinante, Vista would've beaten Zoro, and so many of these selections wouldn't be governed by powerlevel hierarchy (Ryokugyu beating Momonosuke, Rayleigh beating Arlong, Katakuri beating Fake News Morgans, Aokiji beating Ace).

Checked the APForums character polls. Luffy won the first poll in 2009, so he tended to get a lot of antivotes from then on. He lost to Shanks in 2010 Round 4, lost to Usopp in 2011 Round 3, lost to Law in 2012 Round 2, lost to Jinbe in 2013 Round 1, lost to Jinbe again in 2014 Round 4, and finally lost to Sanji in 2016 Round 4.
So yeah, this is the most humiliating.
