I mean, the only reason Sengoku revealed that info was to 1.) paint the Marines as cleansing the world of Roger's 'taint' and 2.) to sow dissent amongst Whitebeard's allies(which worked somewhat). A Marine Ace would likely never have that info released.

Interesting that Mihawk would be fine with willingly killing a Vice Admiral, seeing how he's Shanks' rival I wonder how that plays out, if it has always been Mihawk's character, or he's become an accelerationist. Crocodile I don't blink an eye at his motivations. I do hope the guy who killed T-Bone actually does have his family get paid and it's not some sleazy backstab the Cross Guild is doing. That would just be dishonorable even for pirates and of all the things they do that would piss me off.

I do want Buggy to be the Pirate King. Let Luffy be the one who beat the Pirate King at the very end to be some new icon, but let Buggy get that brass ring, his arc has been one of the best B/C stories in all of fiction, especially with his Thousand Buggy ship.

I disagree, but not entirely. I think we will get something in the same lines of what we got with the warrior of liberation. Something that seems dead serious (and it kind of will be) , but in reality it will be, whlie powerful, something completely amusing.

Well The Warrior of Liberation might be silly, but in a thematic sense Luffy being completely free, including free from the rules of reality puts him as the direct opposition to The World Government whose entire Ideology is about control to the point where to control information they will wipe out entire Islands just to keep their secrets.

I think that there will be something amusing about One Piece, however I also think that it will also be something that is a tangible and real threat to Imu's hold on the world.
 
That just reminds me. I will forever dislike that Oda gave Luffy a God Fruit know as the Warrior of Liberation.

Because of course such a Fruit would be sort after.

But that would be funny. Because you have the world goverment terrified of a simple rubber fruit. And everyone else just looks at it and laughs

The Rubber Fruit actually not being disapoints me fundamentally.

Yes. I know Oda is obviously setting it up to be known as the Rubber Fruit by history and gain importance because of Luffy…but still.

Funny how if he had fallen into the ocean he would had been declared dead on the spot, but it is specifically because he droped into lava that he might be alive

Given his Fruit was a Fish Fish Fruit, I think there is a non zero chance of him being able to breathe underwater.

Luffy's rubber body still works even under water, he was just completely unable to move but Pinwheel* hat man could still stretch his head out to get it out of the water so I presume that..if it is a Fish Fish Fruit Kaido's fruit lets him breathe under water like a Fish would..he just wouldn't be able to move.

*This shit happened in Arlong Park, which was 23 years ago at this point so It's not a big deal to not remember it. HOLY FUCKING SHIT ARLONG PARK WAS 23 YEARS AGO FUCKING SHIT THIS SERIES HAS BEEN HAPPENING A LONG ASS FUCKING TIME WTF?

The One Piece doesn’t have to be only one thing, even within the story it’s believed to be a hoard of pirate loot. Said pile of loot could easily contain a massive pile of gold, a library’s worth of books documenting the lost history of the world, AND a superweapon (multiple, even) capable of taking down the WG and still have room left over for more.
 
Couple of ridiculous hunches, but here goes
1) Big Mom was still alive, but made Kaido's corpse into a revenge homie. Among other things, I believe this because of a certain balloon during the festival that read "I hope I get to see mom" or something similar.
2) D stands for Delighted.
3) Blackbeard's df seems to be the only one to be able to counter Luffy's over powered(op?) df. I think swords will be the main point in their battle, through second commanders.
4) Zunesha is not only capable of freeing whatever weapon is in Wano, but may be able to operate it and has knowledge on how to operate.

Maybe Zunesha is the only one big/strong enough who can transport it.
