Listening to both this and the dub version, that sounds more like Shaka's voice than the main Vegapunk. But I guess we won't know for sure how they'll do that until they get to Egghead.

As regards the Vice-Admiral I'm guessing T-Bone let himself be killed looking at the guy who did it

As for Buggy credit to him for finding his balls at that point. Him calling those two out as not being proper pirates is pretty darn impressive and that reason for his split with Shanks is more depth than I would have thought we would ever get from that guy back when he first showed up.
