The majority of Big Mom's children seem to favour her father so it might be a possibility Bonney's the one made without one. Depends which Oda finds funnier, that or Kuma went to pound town on Big Mom.

Though based off the other clones she would have had Big Mom's Devil Fruit power unless she was a failure.

Also if they did clone Big Mom that would seem to suggest we've got the possibility of Kaido clones one day.

Of course they are, its Rob Lucci do you really think we were going to have him be a serious threat again?
Not just one of the Five Elders, we got a name for the big boss of them, basically the one that matters. Who is also going to show up personally to this mess.
Also Weevil is a Whitebeard clone and...we now have a living member of the Rocks Pirates who may not be an antagonist out in the wild.
We may not be close to the end, but the world is starting to move.

I don't think he's the boss. The reference to him being the highest authority is to all five of them I suspect. Except for the mystery ruler that the majority of the world does not know exists.

As a separate point I quite like that the way the CP0 pair are taken down is by pressing sea stone against them before dealing the crippling blow. It's a good way of nullifying any ability a devil fruit user has to defend that works in setting. And would work as well against;
Blackbeard
Kaido
Luffy
And many more. Near as can be determined just from this chapter and the last since neither of the two could use any of their combat style techniques or Haki in response sea stone remains a trump card that doesn't just stop devil fruit powers but cripples those with those powers even from using their other abilities.

I guess that is true, still any of the Celestial Dragons being directly involved (IIRC Kizaru was ordered to help CP0 once it was known the Straw Hats were on Egghead) is still a big deal.

Unquestionably. Hell it's made clear that any of them going out on their own means a fleet along with an Admiral baby sitting them and I would be unsurprised to find that there's a small legion of other Marine special forces on board. If the Buster Call is a hammer this guy is rocking up with several cruise missiles.

It's actually kind of weird one of the big five is going out at all. As we've had demonstrated when it comes to suppression of awkward facts their ministry of truth are well trained already. Why they would roll him out rather than just rubber stamp a few "apply more violence "orders is a question worth asking. My only thought so far, aside from them having some superpower/haki ability we've not seen yet, is that because Vegapunk is part of the Marines their authority trumps even his when it comes to the clones.

Well given that it is a Shoenen series, I presume that the Big 5 can and will absolutely kick ass when the time comes. However I think that He was just out doing something else and it just so happens that he and Kizaru was the closest available?
 
I'm really digging Stussy's bizarre vampire shtick and her "paper arts", although its a shame her base template is simply labeled as MADS' "freeloader" rather than an actual scientist in her own right, but whatever. I know I'm probably reaching with this but part of me really hopes that Stussy's powers are a reference to these two spinoff Chads.

Its most likely just a coincidence, but I really did love the idea behind these guys. I know their games aren't part of the timeline, especially Unlimited World Red, but it would be nice if they got some sort of nod that at least these two figures existed in some context, like Shiki and Uta did. Would be neat if she has a wide array of powers which are just references to filler or rejected devil fruits.

With that out of the way, I'm kind of looking forward to what this guy can do, but chances are he's only there to take control of the Seraphim.

Really hope this guy turns out to be an unexpected ally within the government, either that or the first Gorosei the Straw Hats take out.
