Entangled worlds is great. I enjoyed discovering the 'respawn mechanic'.
This isn't partial multiplayer like some other projects. I've tried it with 1-2 friends and it works really well. Most if not all entities are synced, this was not the case a few versions ago. Lots of settings, seamless host/ join process, works with a surprising amount of other mods (downside is you have to make sure you tune your mod settings exactly the same as everyone else or you introduce desync issues). Apotheosis (big overhaul mod) seems to work just fine. Anvil of destiny behaves erratically, not recommended.
Found picrel while looking for more mods. (noita wiki) Can't confirm whether or not these work in multiplayer.
It's true. They just hate the Noita for slinging polymorph potions at Hiisi children from across the border.~The Hiisi are a peaceful tribe~
If a Noita came down my cave and started looking for wands, potions, and information on the Great Work; I would 100% treat it as a self defence situation. It's true. They just hate the Noita for slinging polymorph potions at Hiisi children from across the border.
Translating and overanalyzing every possible text helps a lot, theres a lot of background text on walls too. A lot of secrets are just trial and error once you find something. But the worst are some of the achievements, theres no way to know about the no damage and pacifist challenges without doing them or looking it up. And that would be an insane sunk cost.I've been told there are things that are effectively impossible to learn without outside help but I encourage players to exhaust their options before looking up hints.
Its a very "noita" solution to the question of balance and introduces a new layer of planning to the mix since all your upgrades can be your downfall and the ai is just better than you ever will be, it can even flank with teleport wands. So you have to plan for the inevitible event.Entangled worlds is great. I enjoyed discovering the 'respawn mechanic'.
also add ping-pong path to turn it into a fuckin death rayThe real thing that makes it fun is the combos you can whip up that aren't pure damage. The best one imo is Increase Mana + Luminous Drill.
What's the most number of parallel worlds people have gone to? Does it just keep going and is there any incentive to keep going? By the time you're on 2nd or even 1st you'll probably have most/all of the most desirable perks, a wand that obliterates anything nearby and a means of regenerating HP whenever you want.
yes. 95/100 times you can ABSOLUTELY salvage a run, and up til maybe hiisi base you can get by on scraps if you absolutely must. I'd encourage fucking with "trigger" (or timer) spells, as they are KEY to more advanced spell making. left of coal mines also has really good wands to find, but its pretty deadly, risk reward.if my build isn’t going well should I even bother mixing random stuff together?
Eat enough to get over 200 seconds of "high" buff. See what happens =DAlso I accidentally ate fungi and started tripping (had vamp perk meant to drink blood) is that just a touch fuzzy kinda thing or deeper?
Thats a very good aspect, and this scales up too. I won't spoil but you have bigger, and bigger tasks to do which require more, and more from you. its never BS, you just have to plan it.There’s very few times where I don’t think “I could’ve done something different in the future” which yeah there’s some bullshit but very little.
Thank you for the timely response. I’ve been messing with timers and triggers ex- using plasma away from me, death cross to an enemy so far. I’m assuming there’s a lot more to those and to keep messing around.yes. 95/100 times you can ABSOLUTELY salvage a run, and up til maybe hiisi base you can get by on scraps if you absolutely must. Also, by left do you mean collapsed mines, further down the fungal area or even further left? I’ve literally scratched the surface past the tree if that is similar area? I escaped back up and went to the left and saw enemies around snow.if you want a new challenge, might I suggest going LEFT of mines past the dark til you find something extremely dangerous (after going down a few levels to get yourself started, theres ways back up) .[\quote]
Best advice is to view wands FORMULAIC like. non shuffles in particular (which are GENERALLY what you want, but shuffle wands generally have stronger stats) let you use wands like a formula. IE, say you have trigger spark, damage plus modifier , 3x cast, and 3 bubble sparks, this will make every shot spawn 3 damage boosted bubble sparks ON IMPACT, which is enough to 1 shot a lot for a long whileThank you for the timely response. if you mean eggs hatching into stuff, they are just things, I don't think theres much more than that. Egg SPELLS allow you to make a spell, put it in an egg, and hold them for later (IE, want to save a circle of regeneration for later? put them in an egg, put it in your pocket). Theres also an area (boss) only accessible via eggs. Itswhat the hell is up with eggs and stuff? It seems alright, but it shows up so much I feel I’m missing something?
This is working as intended.i keep dying at stupid shit all the time
MOSTLY its pointless outside a few things. You can however eat potions for a buff that isn't washed off. Berserkium is nice for this. you can also right click a flask to drink a SIP of it for a brief buff. Do not try this with acid unless you want to commit canadian health care.I dont know what eating does exactly but i've been stuffing my mouth with anything i can find.
