If it makes you feel better, I have good reason now to believe that the DS games I brought were either bootlegs or re-seals. I'll have to do an ebay dispute with him, judging by his Ugly Sonic avatar and others' feedback he'll be a difficult one too. FFS, my last buy ended poorly too (ceramic bank that broke in shipping.)
Taking a look at them and you know what, either the fakery is exceptionally well done or the games are legit. Certainly a lot more so than the blatantly obvious DS shovelware re-seals I have in other parts of my collection. I was debating whether to off-load them at S&C but I think I'll accept them into my collection. Thanks for everything, Ugly Sonic!

Nothing says Nintendo like having a large catalog of third-parties, with little to no history with the big N before the hybrid console, that clash with each other.

A pity there are no options to buy the Batman Arkham games separately on Switch (I only want Asylum and City), instead of the whole bundle.
Kingdom Deliverance is coming out on Switch in early 2024, and the port is developed by the same team behind The Witcher 3 on Switch so it might turn out to be good.

Are you noticing a difference?
Download speeds are faster with a Sandisk Extreme (Pro or not) compared to the Sandisk Ultra, but there are no gains when it comes to loading times in-game. Absolutely not worth it unless someone gets to buy an Extreme model discounted at the same price range as the normal one, like in my case.

Wait.... there's really people that think that's not a thing on the eShop? Have they even browsed the eshop for more than a minute?
Well, the scams normally falls outside of the interests of the console's usual defenders. It's mostly just an handful of studios trying to sell something that was cobbled together with free shit that was on Unity. There's also the coomer game, and the never-ending tide of ports; in fact, I actually saw 7 old star wars games that were bundled together, not too long ago.

Yeah, that's pretty embarrassing. It runs almost like the PS3 or Vita stores.
Thanks for reminding me. The PS3 store started out great but kept getting worse - in both design and performance - with every update until it was eventually terrible. Kind of like the 360’s system menu.
It's not as bad as current PS3 store but is worse than the Wii U or 3DS eshops ever were.
I miss eShop music. Those shops were genuinely fun to browse even if you weren’t buying anything.

I wonder if that's going to be a swansong or a Switch 2 launch title? Maybe crossgen.
We've seen no mention of either the game or the console, so hard to say. Assuming Switch 2 is coming out next year and Prime 4 is mostly done, I can see them moving it up or pushing it back to hit the release window, if not exactly making it a launch day title. If its nowhere near done and the Switch 2 comes out first, I can see them pushing it back to the following holiday season to give it a holiday boost. If it launches in 2024 but the Switch 2 doesn't, I can see it being a crossplatform release, with a Switch 2 version coming later.

The JoyCon drift is getting more and more unbearable as time goes on. Any recommendations? Based on searching I'm thinking about the Hori Split Pad. I only play handheld so my only concern is the Switch being cumbersome with other JoyCons because some of the other ones I've seen seem fucking massive.

Just replace the joystick. It's not an iPhone, just undo four screws and pop a new one in

Send them into Nintendo for replacements.
