Wasn't Metal Gear Acid a card-based game? I'd take the Mario 64 port with the new stars and playable characters.

Please no. That would be a power drain of epic proportions if it had to run two screens at once. Switch 2 is already gonna be chunky, I don't want the form factor even worse.Someone floated to me the idea that the Switch could theoretically have a folding screen, so it could be folded in half and the controllers mounted sideways so it becomes a chunky 3DS. Maybe the Switch 3-5, whenever folding screens get cheap enough?
Would destroy the ability to Switch unless it was super long to somehow have a rectangular screen while still folding. Neat idea, though.Someone floated to me the idea that the Switch could theoretically have a folding screen, so it could be folded in half and the controllers mounted sideways so it becomes a chunky 3DS. Beneath Apple Manor-likeWhat genre is Rogue, though?
Maybe if the controls were better. Acid is pretty good though.Wasn't Metal Gear Acid a card-based game? I'd take the Mario 64 port with the new stars and playable characters.
That'd be a perfect Nintendo style gimmick, if they could get it right.Someone floated to me the idea that the Switch could theoretically have a folding screen, so it could be folded in half and the controllers mounted sideways so it becomes a chunky 3DS. rogue is a roguelike. What are you talking about? Don't do drugs. Didn't know that though, cool.Fun fact, in Japan Dynasty Warriors was called Shin Sangokumusou, which is where the term comes from. Its like saying Rogue is a Rogue-like.

But I wonder why it's that price, if it's actually that expensive to have such a screen, or if other factors are at play there. But the closest equivalent is a folding phone, and I think the cheaper ones are still $1200 devices.
Acid is a turn based strategy game, it kinda plays like an SRPG but without levels. The cards give the gameplay a lot more variety and means of growing your skills by getting more cards. The result is actually really cool.Wasn't Metal Gear Acid a card-based game? I'd take the Mario 64 port with the new stars and playable characters.
Tsukihime and Witch are abnormally huge in size digitally, around 20GB each, for visual novels (which don't go over 8GB on Switch outside of compilations) and it's why I would plan to import them as JP physicals at some point. Probably not before next year as this current last trimester is still quite packed on Switch releases. In my personal gaming news, played/read more Witch on the Holy Night yesterday last night. Gorgeous VN, great voice acting, and really built for the Switch. With earbuds in, it's a nice pleasant read before bed. And as the Tsukihime prequel, it does a really good job enveloping you in the world, especially with its borderline autistic attention to detail, both in the art and the script. The Switch screen, while 720p, at least on the OLED, brings out the color and sharp lines beautifully. Fully recommended if you like VN's and want one on the go
There's a reason for that for witch at least: very little art is reused. They will make a entire background for one scene and toss it. It's autistic how detailed it is. Hense the file sizeView attachment 5404583

I suspected that the movie + Wonder + Showtime were part of an attempt to get Peach out of the “damsel in distress” role for good, and I may have been right. They changed the cover art for the Peach game to be more in line with movie Peach, lol

oh god, that centerpiece expression looks horrifying in the editThey changed the cover art for the Peach game to be more in line with movie Peach, lol

That actually makes a lot of sense. Witch of the Holy night is Nasus real first baby from high school and since hes a millionaire with top connections to japans creative scene, he can afford that and be forgiven. There's a reason for that for witch at least: very little art is reused. It looks like they photoshopped the movie character's face in with very little regard for how her head angle would change. The expression change they did for the kung fu version is better because it still looks like game Peach, only with the cartoony expression pushing they're doing in Mario Wonder.oh god, that centerpiece expression looks horrifying in the edit
I get that they have to make her look strong and independent lest they lose their precious DEI money, but couldn't they have chosen any other expression? This one looks downright sinister...
I can’t remember the last time a major version of any Nintendo console, let alone Switch, had any changes. Maybe a minor QoL improvement or new profile pictures, but that’s it.a major version with no changes is strange
Usually Switch updates change or add something, even if its just a list of patch note fixes, but this was just the old 'stability improvements' that the 3ds got whenever they tried to kill modding for a bit, and it was a major version increment, usually this sort of thing would be 16.1 instead.I can’t remember the last time a major version of any Nintendo console, let alone Switch, had any changes.
