it's been nearly a year I'm waiting to see more info on the Switch port of EDF 4.1 since its reveal

Maybe the japanese Nintendo direct for tomorrow will showcase it but I'm not holding my breath.

The smart thing is to always take rumors with a grain of salt and wait for an official announcement though
I've been waiting for a new skies of Arcadia since 2002. Get used to waiting pal.

Unfortunately, SEGA's all too busy focusing on blue hedgehog, Japanese gangster, and possessed high schooler anus instead of actually branching out and throwing fans of their lesser-known franchises a bone. Oh, and woke FPSes, too.
I'm not getting a fucking alien isolation 2 for this.
Kinda stings.

Doesn't seem woke to me. Are we considering every game with a female main character woke?

The only non-woke female-lead game is Other M because it turned Samus into a submissive 4'3" womanlet who took orders from her male superiors and cried when her MASCULINE, MUSCULAR, THROBBING arch nemesis presented himself. Based, tbqh.

Why are people holding onto the idea that a full Direct will be in a few days? Will the full Direct not have any third party stuff? That doesn’t make any sense. They could have just as easily added 15-20 minutes of first party stuff to what’s coming tomorrow
Yeah, I have no idea why people think this is going to happen. It's baffling that they're putting out directs for everything but the things people want but it's not like they haven't done retarded shit before. It is what it is.

You say that as if there aren't people clamoring for 3rd party stuff on the switch.

Nintendo E3 last year were all about games that came on last half of 2021 (sans botw 2), the only major 2022 games without a date yet are all from partners (Platinum, Ubisoft and WayForward), at this point if you are waiting for 2023 games better wait for September, or whenever that direct will be.
After Kirby Forgotten Land and Xenoblade 3 reveals I think its pretty showing that, like Sony, Nintendo is slowly giving up on the E3 hype.

You know what I mean. I really doubt tomorrow's direct is going to show anything mind-blowing. Obviously there are people who want...I dunno...a port of The Mushroom Men or whatever, but the strongest argument for buying any Nintendo console is the first party games. Even the biggest piece of shit in recent memory, the WiiU, had Tropical Freeze.

You can rake me over the coals if they announce a new Castlevania or something tomorrow, but I'm just saying. The best we'll get is probably a trailer for the oh so exciting Rabbids sequel.

The sad thing is that this can be 75% ports of games that are over two years old, and it could still be argued that Nintendo won E3

Don’t forget that they could also add surprise DLC to games on the Nintendo Switch that were out for more than two years ago. They could add some new additions to Kirby and The Forgotten Land and Animal across ing: New Horizons and they would still win E3 2022 like it was nothing.
