Adapters for the Pro Duos that the PSPs uses are available but the M2 to SD/Micro SD that the PSP GO and Vita don't exist but I can't find them. If I can't find them and you know where to get them let me know.
Are you perhaps thinking of these?

Pikmin 3 Deluxe just got announced!

It will be fun to see how the Fanbase handles this. Already seeing wants of a Mario remasters and complaining for new games.
As a rabid Pikmin fan (and have been well before that blue Muppet wannabe mind you), I'm psyched. Also there's a lot more content than the trailer showed.

Notably, this is the first time the series has had difficulty options, and the Piklopedia's absence was one of the biggest sour spots of the original release for me. Yeah it's another port but this is the one instance where I'll let it slide out of personal bias. About the one instance this whole godforsaken year I've felt genuine excitement about something.

Apparently Skip may be shutting down, meaning no more Chibi-Robo. Seeing as most of the bad parts of the fanbase like TheBitBlock worship the franchise, I am expecting quite an uproar. The Switch has not been having a great 2nd half, so adding this on top would probably set some people off if another port did not already.

Also, I wanted to take the opportunity to give more traction to @Czargon the Red and his thread on general Nintendo. Discussion on here has been weighing in more onto general topics, so I would like to redirect people to the actual Nintendo thread, so it may hopefully gain traction along with this one.

rip chibi-robo. You'll always be a cult classic that never stood a chance.

But hey, at least Nintendo gave enough of a shit to try publishing you for longer than they tried publishing new F-Zero games.

There used to be a rumor that Criterion was asked to preduce an F-Zero title for Wii U that spread for a good few years. It was said that they rejected it likely due to Need for Speed titles or Burn Out. Upon further digging, it seems that the founder debunked them in 2019 (took him long enough), so I guess you are right.

So far the only excuse for why a new one has not come is due to controls. Miyamoto needs to over complicate the racing title with some new innovative ways of play, I guess? Worked out for Star Fox Zero, am I right?

I think at some point they just need to actually admit they don't care about Starfox/F-Zero/Golden Sun/etc. after the last decent installment and just pawn it off to a subsidiary developer. Retro Studios handles Metroid and DK these days. HAL handles Kirby and maybe another thing. Is there another subsidiary developer nintendo can pawn these series off to with just a licensing fee and quality control?

HAL has always handled Kirby, the only time they did not make a title to my knowledge was Epic Yarn as Good Feel took over.

Golden Sun has always been handled by a subsidiary, being Camelot. I think the issue is Camelot has just been relegated to producing Mario Tennis games at nausea recently. I think their only non-Tennis was Mario Golf on 3DS since the start of the Wii U and 3DS console era.

Star Fox is in a weird state where it seems to be going in that direction. It was pawned off for partial development to Platinum Games for Zero, but Miyamoto still wanted control I guess. Before that, it seemed as though Rare would have taken it over prior to the Microsoft deal. I think Ubisoft is the best bet at this point. Something tells me Star Link will be repurposed to just be Star Fox. Otherwise, in 2018 there were rumors that Retro Studios was handling the property to build some sort of Diddy Kong Racing-esque space shooter, racer hybrid. An odd concept, but Retro is typically a guaranteed 10/10 producer, so maybe it would be good.

Otherwise, yeah, Nintendo really needs more subsidiaries. With Alpha Dream and now Skip gone, they are losing their base. At least they seem invested in Platinum now, and Ubisoft will likely continue support. I have no idea why they refuse to expand though. Forgetting Sonic, SEGA is a fantastic developer, give them back F-Zero already! Give Ubisoft reigns over Star Fox. Maybe partner up with Square Enix again for some Mario content like they used to in the SNES and Wii eras. I would also love to see what Atlus could do outside of the weird Pop-idol Fire Emblem thing.

damn I legit wanted a pikmin 4, I bought the wii U mainly for pikmin. Hope those bonus content are worth thr price

Chibi-Robo and Star Fox are prime examples of "just make the same game with better graphics and more levels, it's okay!!" Instead Chibi-Robo iterates into everything except Chibi-Robo and then you get to the asshole in the room: Star Fox. Ohh you've got me going on Star Fox now; buckle the fuck up, faggots.

At this point I'm convinced that there was only one good Star Fox game, which was Star Fox. My favorite one is Star Fox 64; but let's be real, Star Fox 64 is just Star Fox with better graphics and some different levels. And that's perfect.

What the fuck was Star Fox Assault with too many on-foot missions? What the fuck was Star Fox Command with its neat premise but poor execution? What the FUCK was Star Fox Zero? Do I even need to bring up Star Fox Guard? And then there's Dinosaur Planet featuring Star Fox which was okay but that's not a Star Fox game, that's a Krystal game. And then instead of making some passable and fun explory adventure games with Krystal, they decide to stop making those and shoehorn her into a space ship because that makes perfect sense. Meanwhile Fox "Star Fox" McCloud spends more than half of his time running around on the ground with a useless pistol and operating warehouse equipment.

At this rate when I want variety from the same Star Fox I've been playing for almost 27 years (((27 years))) I have to burn my eyes out and play Red Alarm, which is in fact excellent and should be remade. Some classic Star Fox gameplay in crisp HD at 60fps would be incredible. Remember: Star Fox is an arcade game at heart. Everyone seems to forget this. You're supposed to play it and replay it to get a better high score. It's not a game you play once and then act all mad about it being too short because you beat the game in an hour. That's the entire point. The newer games offer rewards and replayability but I never really wanted to replay any of those levels because it took too long and it was clunky.

And if they want to do on-foot missions, they need to be on-rails. Make it like house of the dead and you've solved the fucking problem of the last 15 years of Star Fox. All-Range Mode is supposed to be a treat for fast-moving, high-flying bosses. It isn't meant to be a vector for getting lost in a shitty labyrinth of similar corridors and falling through the map architecture.

This piece of music is the best thing Star Fox has done since 1997.

Star Fox has got to have the most divisive fanbase I've ever seen out of a Nintendo IP (Fire Emblem got close after Awakening though). Ask any given fan of the series and it's a 50/50 shot that they'll either hate the constant 64 rehashing or complain that (newest game) isn't 64-ish enough.

Star Fox Command was kind of tedious. Flying was good and all, but I always had to have someone on hand to shoot down those missiles...which was the only thinking that was required of that game.

Ubisoft did Starlink and iirc, the only reason to ever buy that game is because of the Starfox exclusive stuff in the switch port. Sega should totally just take some combo of F-zero+one of nintendo's old sidebar puzzle/platformer IPs that's fallen to the wayside.

Squeenix could do a mario rpg thing but idk if that'd work out right these days. I think it might be better to let them just do another western fortune street port with nintendo properties added.

Now, hear me out, let Konami do a 2D metroid.

I think the Wii era was a missed opportunity to bring a lot of arcade spinoffs for nintendo properties. The best we got was Links crossbow training.

This is actually happening, technically. Mercury Steam is the company that made Samus Returns on 3DS, before that they made Castlevania titles. They made the 2010 and 2014 Lords of Shadows titles.

I am guessing you want Konami because Castlevania, but it seems Nintendo plucked the smaller developer that Konami publishes for.

I am going to be honest. I believe Star Fox could be more than an arcade shooter if Nintendo wanted. The idea of an open space title, like Star Link presumably is, could do wonders for the franchise. Being able to fly planet to planet and get into dog fights in areas would be a fun and reasonable evolution.

It would also allow Kid Icarus to spread its wings more as the Nintendo on-rails-shooter, you know, if Sakurai can ever be relinquished from Smash hell I suppose.

At this point, what Nintendo fanbase is not divisive. Paper Mario, Fire Emblem, Super Smash Bros., Star Fox, Pokémon, Luigi’s Mansion, Zelda, 3D Mario, even Xenoblade and Splatoon have splits while only being barely alive.

As a side note:
Anyone see PlayStation’s presentation today? I know this is a Nintendo thread, but they are a competitor, so they are worth speaking about. I think the best thing was seeing the chat act as awful as Nintendo’s at the end because no one was interested in Godfall. It was full of whiners telling Sony to move on. Otherwise, I thought the first half was good. Probably am going to pick up the totally not Breath of the Wild inspired titles and Crash 4.

Konami because Castlevania yes. Starfox would be great if it got a dev that could do the starlink/no man's sky thing with the IP properly.

Kid Icarus could be amazing in the right hands, even without Sakurai.

Mild take, Golden Sun could be easily pawned off to Falcom.

I know what goes on with the rest but what's been happening with Splatoon? The most I've heard is troons/politics leeching into the plaza posts on occasion and the usual competitive spergery.

At this point I kinda want the retards in the Smash Community to get their wish and for Smash Ult to die, and for there to never be another Smash game ever again so the whole groomer ring can gather around for some Melee. Fuckin' hell.

Sakurai's a passionate dude, and you can tell he loves what he does. Everything he touches, he gives it the utmost care he can. That passion and love would be better used on franchises that need it, especially Kid Icarus.

Or maybe since they own the Xeno- franchise they could re-up and remake Xenogears like Square's done with FF7R. I'd fucking throw my money at that.
