Nintendo is the coffee capsule scam of video games. Cheap console, expensive games. "Oh what's a third Switch? This one has cute colors!". Unironically, Nintendo just gets a pass on so many things cause "young adults" were groomed by a few good games in their youth. Imagine buying the best ice cream on earth at 8 years of age, and then accepting the following shit flavors of cement and paint the next 30 years cause "man it was so good".

The console war between 360 and PS3 was like 80% paid monthly subscription ranting, meanwhile Switch has the same subscription model yet it also sucks and doesn't cover cloud saving on all first-party games. Like really, AC:NH having a fucking option to save your island, PAID, but you need to ship your broken Switch to Nintendo and then you get to buy a new Switch too? Actual lunacy. Class-action tier.
 
I keep forgetting Amiibos exist and how even for other AAA publishers that's a step too far to emulate it. Can you even pirate those by just slapping a label on the table and scanning it?

Also for people wanting to wake every day for literal Bing Bing Wahoo, this personal hell can now be bought for probably 10 times just buying a generic alarm clock and programming it with Nintendo sounds:

Amiibo are incredibly easy to pirate and a single pirate disc can emulate all released Amiibo as well as ones that aren't out yet.
 
Pretty sure you can go on Etsy and just buy full sets of amiibo codes people make. Cards, coins, binders full of the things, themed sets for certain games etc.

You want to look into Tagmo for your cell phone. You can buy a bunch of those NFC stickers for pennies and make all the amiibo you want, if you so desire.

There is a more involved process that will let you use your phone as the amiibo itself and simply swap out what signal the phone is broadcasting, but this is a lot more complex than simply buying the stickers and I never got too far with it. Just buy a roll of stickers.

I haven't really seen any actual content being posted, but I won't be surprised if tutorial bloat is still an thing. After all it's been around since the first game.

I feel like Dream Team is where it REALLY started getting out of hand. It really started to get bad in Bowser's Inside Story, but that game is so charming, it gets a pass. They got to a point where they'd do a forced tutorial for a mini game that's longer than the mini game itself and then you'd never encounter the mini game again.
