However, they are unable to understand the complexity of WHY raw meat is dirty. Only that it IS. So they engage in a cleaning ritual to make the "dirty" meat "clean" the best way they know how. With soap.
What they are eating isn't "black people cooking" it is homestyle cooking. Normally a protein main with two sides one a starch the other a veggie. Maybe add some toast or cornbread as another side. Finish it all off with a nice piece of pie and guaranteed food coma after.
