Big fan of rubbing sweet potatoes in olive oil and salt and baking them for 45m and filling them with sour cream and shredded cheddar like a baked potato. Normalize baked sweet potatoes.
 
Europeans forced African slaves to grow sweet potatoes because they couldn't grow potatoes. There is so much wrong in such a little statement. Both Potatoes and Sweet Potatoes are native to South America and Sweet Potatoes have been in the Caribbean for hundreds perhaps thousands of years before Columbus came to the Americas.

So it looks like Chicago did a spin on negro seafood boils, called the spicy bowl (essentially negro sezuhnings, ramen noodles, boxed chicken broth, pickles, jalapenos, boiled eggs, cooked pieces of sausage, sometimes chicken, shrimp or crab, and hot sauce, usually eaten with a bag of ruffles cheddar and sour cream chips) and its already put some people in the hospital.

I do love the video which is just 10 seconds of someone trying to scoop the spicy bowl with the chip oriented so it cannot possibly scoop anything. Not that it couldn't be reoriented to be able to scoop, it was 180 degrees off...but flipping it over so that spicy bowl could be scooped up for the camera was apparently too much work. :story:
