Let's point out this bitch actually washed meat that was going to be cooked and thus would kill any bacteria during the cooking process but didn't wash the raw veg.

I'm curious what the rates of food poisoning in such households are but judging by their conditions I'd wager those incidents go greatly underreported to begin with.

There are plenty of things with ground seeds that are toxic but not in the amounts used in food. Nutmeg would be a huge example. Almost all the common berries have some amount of cyanide in them. Who cares? It's not like Nazis would have taken a couple peach pits and tried to kill themselves in the Bunker with them.

They can’t seem to comprehend that spice doesn’t necessarily equal spicy, as in hot peppers. White people famously love pumpkin spice, a blend of cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, cloves, and ginger. How about Colmans mustard? French cuisine? And if you’re willing to stretch your definition of white, Italian cuisine? Pastrami, a heavily spiced cured meat? Many examples of whites (or at least non-blacks) enjoying spice very much since we acquired them!
