If the HRO gets thrown, I think it's important to remember that the waste of human progress that is Nick Rekieta is still staring down the barrel of a month in jail and is still on probation until 2030.

Nick's current stated plan is:

1. Use Aaron's guilty plea in the revenge porn case to represent Kayla and sue Aaron civilly for damages
2. Represent Melton and have him sue Aaron for defamation for claiming Melton is a pedophile
3. Sue Aaron as Rekieta Law LLC, presumably for damages by claiming going on the Kino Casino and revealing everything damaged his business
4. At this point Aaron will be bankrupt and kill himself (Nick's claimed he won't stop as long as Aaron is breathing)

Nick knows that getting Aaron to kill himself won't do shit to help him, he just wants revenge on the guy that confirmed that Nick's a liar and piece of shit and to drag him down with him.

It seems the only reason Nick was seething that Sean was "wrong" in his analysis was that Sean said the continuance was legitimate and that Nick shouldn't have bothered fighting against it.
