I like this thread. As a dude, while I do find intelligence a plus, it isn't the first thing that comes to mind. I also like appearance and how well-groomed they are. I mostly value whether or not I get on with them, the way how they (whether a guy or gal) behave in different scenarios, and whether or not they treat others with respect and kindness. Most men don't really seem that fussed with women earning more or being more intelligent. People are more concerned with themselves than anything.
